Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomGreat location if doing a long journey to/from Scotland. Although at a motorway services the hotel backs onto a lovely small lake, so had a nice walk around it. Overall very good for the money paid. Services not massive but had a good choice of foods to purchase.

A room at the end of the corridor would have been better (this is where we have previously stayed) it’s worth thinking about when allocating rooms. Cheers

United KingdomWiFi signal and TV reception were patchy, but this wasn't an issue for me as the 4G (O2) signal was excellent.
Excellent location - so convenient by the motorway, but surprisingly pleasant on the edge of the lake. Very good value. Direct access to the service station food court and shop without going outside. Room was huge, well equipped, warm and comfortable. It was also surprisingly quiet - the only noise was from people in the corridor when entering or leaving their rooms. It was worth paying the extra for a lake view room with a small balcony - nice to wake up to the pleasant view and to birdsong.
