Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

NetherlandsPretty small room. That's okay (you know that when booking), but it would come in handy then if there were some hooks to hang your clothes and/or jackets, to make up for the limited space. The mattresses were a bit wobbly, but the beds were still comfortable enough. Warm duvets.
Although you may not see your host at all, the information for check in was adequate and she provided several valuable suggestions on where to eat or what to do with parking your car. To get some small breakfast items to get you started for the day was nice. The shower was good.

The feel of the place as we walked in was welcoming and clean! The room.was well appointed, nice decor and little extras such as cookies, orange juice and pain au chocolate. The room and bathroom were spotless, good hot strong shower and quality towels. The location though close to the harbour was very quiet for sleeping.

United StatesGreat location within easy walking distance of downtown Oban. Super friendly and courteous staff. They no longer serve breakfast in this place, but have a 10% discount arrangement for meals with a nearby hotel. A nice quaint home that has been converted into guest rooms.

Overall this accomodation is ideal. The room isn't enormous but beautifully decorated and laid out. The attention to details is very good. Definitely recommended and we'd happily use again.

They were kind enough to let us store our luggage at the guest house after checkout, which allowed us to make most of our time in Oban before continuing the rest of our journey through the highlands! I liked all the little extras in the room such as the well stocked tea and coffee facilities , biscuits etc the iron and board , the hairdryer, the availability of cold water for the room, the rubber mat for the shower just lots of little touches that made a difference

Perfect location for exploring Oban and a very charming stay. Very presentable guesthouse with pride put into the appearance. We had a very comfortable quiet nights stay in a lovely room with everything we needed. Only had twin rooms left when booking but we just moved these together so wasn't a problem.
