Could have done with a full length mirror, the one on the wardrobe was in the corner with chest of drawers in front so not useable. Wouldn't normally be a problem but I was going to an event and trying to decide on an outfit.

Location is ideal and on a very good bus route. Everything was clean. I thought it may be noisy as on a busy road, but I was mistaken, once the window was closed you could hardly hear the traffic. Room may have been a bit small for two, but ideal for me as I could use the bed to put my suitcase on.

when booking I didn't realize how far out of downtown Edinburgh the booking was. It was not easy to find a place to eat close to the house.

I was excited that they were able to offer breakfast. The rooms were lovely! the couple who run it were very helpful in giving us information about bus schedules and getting to the airport.

The room was perfectly fine for the two of us. Traditional, very nicely choosen furniture, a very tasty breakfast in the morning with various options and extremly friendly and helpful hosts. Even though the B&B is not directly in the city centre the next bus stop is just a few meters away and the bus brings you into the city centre in about 10 minutes. The bus to the air port also leaves there and takes 16 minutes to get there. So perfect in the middle. We would definitely reccommend this place and stay there again the next time we are around.

Nothing I didn't like except the only thing that might be added is a foldable luggage holder. But all else was great. Above my expectations.

Easy to get to from airport and center city. Twin Beds were so comfy I fell right to sleep. Beautiful view out window top floor. Very clean, neat and orderly. Beautiful bathroom. Great wifi. Great host

The room is very cute, and despite being "far" from the city center you're actually very close, aa the bus stop is right outside the building and every bus stopping there goes to the city center, bringing you there in 10-15 minutes.

Dalmore is ideally situated for the airport and the city centre, it is very clean and the breakfast was excellent and the best coffee I found in Edinburgh,Iain & Dot are so friendly making time to stand and talk. we won’t stay anywhere else when we visit Scotland and recommend to family and friends

Excellent transport link (buses) to city centre or to the airport - the bus stop is right outside, and buses are frequent. The room was clean and quiet (double-glazed window isolates street sounds well). Bathroom modern and well-equipped. The shower can be adjusted to any water temperature, even very hot, and maintain it without fluctuating (once it's reached, which may not be immediate, but will happen). Beds comfortable and warm, with extra blankets and pillows. Room temperature adjustable and comfortable. Chest of drawers was available in addition to a wardrobe, practical hangers in the bathroom (plenty of space to unpack clothes etc.). The owner was friendly and welcoming. Overall impression very positive.
