Lots of things were broken. The Internet wasn’t working. There was not chairs on the decking and there was only 2 cups, plates and bowls.

I like that it was spacious and it had a decking and Ramp.

we had a hard time finding the caravan, this caravan needs sparcklin cleaning because it's really dirty! everything would be fine, but the apartment needs cleaning, I don't want to show photos, but when she comes, the toilets, kitchen, carpet, garbage, dust have not been cleaned for about 2 months !

Busy area, quite noisy, kept my son awake, cars going too fast outside, nothing the owner can do about that I know, pleased we had the ramp that we could lock so the children couldn’t get near the road. Need to replace a few things like the air freshener in the bathroom. I think it said there would be protectors on the mattresses but there wasn’t, so you might want to check this.

Clean and equipped with the basics you need for a short stay, even found a pair of scissors in the cupboard. 3 bedrooms which meant the grandchildren, my son and I could have our own rooms, I took our own bedding but understand you can hire it. Parking right outside the front. Ordered pizza in for dinner Saturday night and that was a great service, quick delivery to the door which saved having to try and find something.

There was nothing I didn’t like, i think the people who were there before us had a different definition of “clean up after yourself” but that isn’t a fault on the property!

Kitchen was left dirty, unable to use the oven as it was left dirty. wasn’t very clean overall, Bed uncomfortable, headboard and sofa smelt musty and of dogs.

Although stated as non smoking, the first thing that hits you when you open the door is the very strong smell of stale cigarette smoke! Not too much of a problem for an ex smoker like me, but could be a problem for others. Not a fault of the owner but the site is undergoing some serious redevelopment, and as such, is like a building site! Staff very unfriendly, there is a barrier to gain access to the site after 6pm, got back at 6am and after no reply from warden, had to sit outside until 6.50 am until someone left the site so I could gain access! Asked reception for a code for the barrier and was told no, you have to press the call button to get in!! Again, not the fault of the owner, just thought it was worth mentioning.

Easy check in, code for key sent to you. Very comfortable caravan, with everything you need. Excellent communication from owner. Gas ran out after night shift, messaged owner at 05.30, not expecting a reply for a couple of hours, within 15 minutes got a reply, kept me informed of delivery, gas delivered at 11.00. Would recommend and would book again when working in the area.

Firstly I have never made any complaints on booking.com but I feel this time I have to.I was very unhappy how dirty the caravan was I was not happy I had to clean things before could use them there was dirty oven tray put back in the cupboard. Curtains were hanging off the rails the furniture I wouldn't have let my cat sit on it .It was so dirty. Table hadn't been wiped and we were expected to eat our dinner there. Times are very hard at the moment and I had to save for this little three days away if I'd of had the money I would have moved £120 might not seem alot I've stayed in spotless caravans for £49 for 4 nights if I was you I'd take CW27 st Oysths of booking .com for good. Personally I think I should be compensated for this it wasn't a good start to our holiday. look forward to your reply concerning this matter. Kind Regards Mrs Jennifer Cibben

EVERYTHING. The park and staff were great, so helpful and fun! The caravan was horrendous. I have never seen anything so filthy and neglected. There was wee all over the toilet seat the bedding (it was on even though I messaged the host to say we would bring our own bedding) was covered in dogs hairs. The whole place smelt of wet dog, there was an old sock by the radiator for good measure. The carpets and sofas were so dirty that they stank. I wish I could bottle the smell to show people how bad it was. The place was falling apart which I wouldn't of cared about if the pictures in the booking app weren't so misleading! My skin started itching as soon as I got in there, I took pictures and left I wouldn't even let my 3 year old sit on the sofa there was no way we were sleeping there! DISGUSTING and misleading. I messaged the host straight away to say we had seen how dirty it was and were leaving it was not sanitary for my 3 year old. I of course was refused a refund. PLEASE avoid this property I would be worried what you might catch if you stayed there.

Unclean, unsafe. Host Paul is unprofessional and rude. Filthy caravan, not been cleaned, mould in the freezer, floors filthy, previous guests pooh still in toilets, shower filthy, large amounts of broken glass. I go here regularly, usually boom with vrbo, first time booking with booking.com, can’t see myself doing it again!

It was horrendous from contacting owner in locating the unit, to the owner being absolutely rude. To the stench of smoke in every crevice of the unit and the used unclean bedding and left over food in the bedroom. All park facilities were not for use as it required additional passes which per add were included but in reality not available. And the owner had the audacity to leave note in unit saying we had to clean it or face a charge !!
