Our room was not cleaned or fixed after the first night. Only one of the three beds was made. We had to ask at reception that our room be tidied.

Very poor menu both evening and breakfast. Very poor choice of food and no quality or healthy options especially at breakfast, felt like stepping back to the 80's. Under staffed so long waits for both food and drink orders on an evening.

Hotel receptionist was great! Let us check our bags in early. (good to drop off our packs!) Gave us accurate info for train and bus station. Hotel is out of town with a pretty view of the water and boats. Room was clean/comfortable and had an actual fan to cool the room as it was sunny/warmer than usual in Scotland! Breakfast was ok, good coffee was welcome. Hotel is a bit of a maze, but well marked to find way around.

The evening meals were overpriced and the ones we had did not seem to be good value for money. I know the resort is expensive but still felt evening meals were too expensive

This hotel was ok but was the most expensive hotel on our trip and didn’t really represent good value . Breakfast was an ok buffet but evening menu was uninspiring so we went elsewhere . Good views, parking and location for town

As a Blue Badge holder we checked in early to secure a parking spot as it wasn’t possible to reserve a parking space and the nearest car park is 400mtrs away.

The quality of the room facilities including the bathroom was excellent. We dined in the restaurant and found the food quality and presentation to be higher than we anticipated. The breakfast buffet was very good with staff in attendance should they be needed. The location with its stunning views across Loch Linnhe and close proximity to Fort William made it a perfect stop over.

The breakfast staff seemed to rush us out. Looking at their watch, hovering, and obviously sighing (and we were not the last guests in the room for breakfast). That was the only thing I did not like.

Location was fantastic, with lovely views. The hotel was clean and tidy with comfortable beds. Shower was nice and hot. Breakfast was on point.

Breakfast was included which was great, but it was not kept warm enough -- maybe b/c we were eating towards the end of the breakfast time frame. But it was reasonable.

The room was great; lovely view, good location -- the bathroom was pretty and clean, although definitely made for very tall people -- it was hard to grab the towels since they were so high up within the tub area - lol! Staff was very friendly -- we were supposed to arrive around 10 pm via train, but b/c of delays we didn't arrive until after midnight! I texted with the staff via the app several times as our journey progressed, and they were very responsive, assuring me it would not be an issue to arrive so late. They even sent me numbers of cab companies to call, and suggested I call them in advance -- so we had a cab waiting for us.

Noise from other guests in the corridor and rooms adjacent to our room. We had asked specifically for a quieter spot and this did not turn out to be the case. Also our keycard stopped working on three seperate occasions which meant extra trips back down to reception to get it working again!

Free parking at this location was good as we were able to walk into town to do all the things there within 10 minutes or so and there were good facilities in the city centre.

Walls were like paper. Could hear the next door neighbour snoring the whole night. Breakfast did not have much variety.

Clean room and free parking, good stop before heading to Glenfinnan.
