You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United KingdomI was charged an additional £15 for parking my car overnight. I was not informed when I made the booking that there would be an additional charge for parking . Customers should clearly be informed when making a booking that parking at the hotel is not free.
The location of the hotel was easy to reach. Staff were friendly and professional. However, the TV in my room had very limited channels.

United States of AmericaI'm on a lengthy trip and needed laundry service and this was not available. Most Hilton Garden Inns have a combination of buffet and make to order for breakfast. This location has only the buffet and there wasn't much, if any, variation over the course of a week.
The location was great as it was in walking distance from the train station and from the client I was visiting.

United KingdomParking is a bit of a nightmare, but being near an airport it is partly understandable. An overhall of the carpark and layout would help.
Excellent hotel to stay before flying. Good location and kids eating free in the restaurant is a great addition. The rooms are basic but clean and comfortable, whilst having all the basics you need. Breakfast was as expected for the price of the room. Overall, it was very nice and I would stay again.

CanadaThe absence of a shuttle from the airport. A notice inside the arrivals area stated that a shuttle to various hotels INCLUDING Crowne Plaza departed from bus stop D. A notice at bus stop D repeated that message. We waited 20 minutes for a shuttle that did not arrive and then took a taxi. On Arriviing at the check in desk I asked about the shuttle. The desk clerk replied, "Oh, we discontinued the shuttle 5 years ago"!!! After a 25 hour journey arriving at 11:30 pm, that was not appreciated. WHY IS THE NOTICE STILL IN PLACE??
