The door system seems a little over complicated, especially for older guests.

Staff were super friendly and helpful. I lost one of my headphones and contacted them about that. They called me few hours later to tell me that they found it and helped me to return it back. I was super happy about how it turned out.

No personal touch . Entry by lock code. Only ever one staff member present when we were there.

No breakfast on offer. But cafes nearby. Opposite a pub with beer garden. No servicing of rooms one day to the next. Clean but minimalist. Comfortable beds. Good location, quiet but close to bus stop to city centre

Ground floor room had no privacy during the without shutting curtains then having to switch lights on. Need to think about privacy glass or Venetian blinds or something BBC 1 hidden in the settings of the TV, needs resetting to logical order of channels

I can’t fault the accommodation. It was clean, felt safe and the comfortable room was just what I needed with a comfy bed and a desk. The air con kept the room very cool and when it started buzzing, reception were very helpful fixing the issue. I think a little fridge might be handy in the room, just to store a cold bottle of water and snacks.

A great place to stay just off the Cowley road and not too far to walk to town or a very quick bus ride in. The bed was very comfortable as were the pillows and duvet. All extremely clean too.

Stairs are very dangourous. No parking. Attention this is a self service hotel which was not ckear when booking. Google maps picture show a ghost hotel (2022) which is incorrect

Location was great the property was done up to the highest standard and was amazingly self sufficient/automated. Everything was spotless and smelt amazing. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows and duvet were great quality.

Location was good, about a 25 min walk to downtown, close to local stores and restaurants but excellent for the price which was about half the hotels closer to town.

Beautiful modern room. Well air conditioned with skylights with motorized shades. Efficient and convenient, the check in and door locks are automated thru an app if you choose.

Fantastic new find in Oxford where the offers are usually so over priced. Brand new hotel so everything sparkles. Really well laid out and tastefully decorated. AND it has air conditioning - SO welcome in the heat! Parking in a car park 2 minutes walk around the corner and a 15-20 min walk into the city.

To be honest the hotel was fine but the housekeeping needs improvement. The housekeeper didn't clean properly, there was still hair on the floor in the bathroom which was not vacuumed or sweeped for the entire 4 days i was there, the toilet roll had finished and wasn't replaced, the coasters under the cups had been turned face down to hide some stains on the other side which suggests they weren't even replaced between guests??(i hadn't used anything at this point) Other than changing the towels there wasn't any evidence of housekeeping and even the replacement towels were kind of dumped on the bed...i know they're small things but they cancelled out a lot of the positives and left the impression that they couldn't be bothered.

The room is spacious and air conditioned which is rare in the UK. The rooms operate by a code lock so no need to carry around a card

I would really have liked to know the reception hours. The booking confirmation implied that there was no reception and room access was only via an app, which wasn't correct. But it would have made it easier to plan if I knew when the desk was staffed, especially for leaving bags at the beginning and end of the stay.
