Narrowness of the room. Very small room, barely room to move when 2 people in it.

Amazing location near by underground station and some nice restaurants. Near by Hyde park. Good if only intend to sleep.

I expected very basic facilities given the reasonably priced room in the hotel’s location and that was as expected, so no complaints there. I had considered other reviews about the lack of cleanliness of the room and had decided to give the hotel a try myself, as with my trips to London I spend little time in the hotel so its just a base. My experiences was that the various reviews complaining about the lack of cleanliness of the rooms are reliable. My room was filthy. It was ridiculous. The walls on both side of the bed were soiled with god knows what. The shower was filthy and had no waste in it, so when turned on it filled with brown debris. I therefore did not use it. The bathroom door did not close properly, which is a problem when the rooms are very small. The carpets were soiled and just generally dirty to the extent i didn’t like to walk on my bare feet or socks on it. The wardrobes had two hangers in and with broken, dislodged shelves. This wouldn’t have usually bothered me given I was expecting basic facilities, but it was also filthy. I am not sure how it is possible for a wardrobe to become so dirty. The bedsheets seemed clean, apart from a few stray hairs that I could live with, so that was a positive. I will say that I did not raise this with staff. I took the view that if they had the audacity to allow customers to stay in such a room, there was little point complaining and whilst staff were not unpleasant, they did not appear particularly approachable at check in and I could not be bothered with an argument. My comment for the hotel is that it is a shame. The hotel is reasonably priced and thus customers have a clear expectation of basic amenities so it is not as if investment is required. Just basic cleaning and minor maintenance. I expect very few customers return. If they do, good luck to both parties.

The property is in an excellent location just off Bayswater Road.

After reading bad reviews I expected the worse but it was a cheap hotel and I just needed to get my head down for 2 nights whilst in London, room was large - the shower was smallish but did a job - stayed in room 104 much bigger than expected.

The rooms are tiny, i was not happy with the room i was giben as i had a child with me and could not shower her, i did ask for a bigger room and the gentleman in reception understood and the next morning i was given a bigger room, very helpful

The room was dirty, the shower was gross, I was going to shower but I preferred to stay greasy and oily over taking a shower in that room. The TV had this clicking noise coming from it the ENTIRE time, there was no remote for the TV, I tried unplugging the TV and that didn’t work either. Room service just walked into my room right when i got there, luckily I was in the bathroom, but what if I was in my room undressed? Overall it was just not worth the money, you can get a way better place than this for the same price in my opinion. And normally I don’t leave bad reviews, I’m not picky, I don’t need anything fancy, I just want a clean room!

The bed was really uncomfortable, with wheels under it so it kept moving around. It wasn’t cleaned properly, we found beauty products under the nightstand left from previous customers I assume. The room was really small which wouldn’t bother me if the floorplan was done better and if the bed didn’t move around like it did. On our last night there were some really loud guests upstairs and they were screaming, fighting, kicking doors/windows until around 3 am and we had an early flight in the morning, we were also scared to go say anything to the staff because the guests sounded violent and intoxicated. The morning while checking out we mentioned how loud the guests were and the staff told us his colleague warned them but if they did warn them why did it last 3+ hours to get them to be quiet. But to be fair, other nights were very quiet and we felt safe.

Location is excellent, there is a 24/7 open kiosk right next to the hotel, the staff is friendly and helpful. 5 minutes to lancaster gate and paddington, lots of cafes, nice restaurants around.

It’s a cheap stay so there were no high expectations but I wasn’t prepared for just how small the room was - the width of the double bed. The mattress was saggy, the toilet seat broken and not all the lights worked. But the shower was fine and it was a place to lay your head. It was also surprisingly quiet on a Sat night.

Super location, parked outside the front door, French bakery opposite for a fan breakfast. 24hr desk and nice staff.

Really small room, broken things in the bathroom. It was dirty. Very noisy due to the partition walls, so so small. But had everything you needed. The shower room just needed a bloody good clean. The room needed a hoover.

Our room was tiny, the tv didn’t work and the room smelt like cigarettes. The shower water temperature fluctuated from hot to cold and we didn’t have towels for the first night.

The property was very central, walking distance to Paddington station and hyde park. Many lovely cafes in the surrounding area.

Interior standard. First room; TV did not work, could not be fixed. Then changed to 2nd room: No remote control, sink partly broken, window roller malfunctioning. This hotel needs a handyman to fix things!

The hotel room was tiny but it worked well for the 2 of us staying in it, the showers are really small which is kinda an issue if you are bigger bodied, the fire alarm randomly went off one night and that freaked us out

The area that the hotel was in was amazing, so close to underground lines that lead all over london. The staff were super friendly and helped out when we needed it.
