The rooms are dirty and the walls have weird markings on them. There was a person screaming in the middle of the night and people being disruptive. The place smelled dirty and the showers had mold. The covers had hairs and did not looked 100% clean, they were very old.

The location is near the station and it is a nice and safe area.

The room was VERY small. We couldn’t even put our suitcases on the floor and it was a bit of a slide puzzle to get in and out of the room. Everything was cramped even the doorway itself. The room was not dirty but it wasn’t sparkling clean either. The bathroom was dank and not very clean. The shower didn’t drain properly.

The location was amazing! So many great cafes in easy walking distance and a Tube stop not far away.

Needed a good clean. We cleaned the bathroom before we could use it. Thick dust everywhere but bed linen was nice and fresh. REALLY tiny bathroom. If you were a big person you wouldn’t fit in it. Tiles broken and Door lock didn’t work. Room Door was jammed with paint on frame. Real hard job to open. Room had been decorated and paint splashes were not cleaned up. Kettle lid was broken. Had to take it off to pour. rooms are very tired Didn’t go and complain about it as thought waste of time after reading reviews later. Wish I had read them before I booked

Location. Good WIFI. Lots of fluffy towel’s including large ones. Could go and get fresh ones when you needed them as room wasn’t done during your stay. Shower pressure was good even though it was difficult to fit under spray as it aimed along back wall.

Arrived at the hotel, receptionist was pleasant enough. Given my key and I went up in the lift. Got to my room, window had been left wide open for an array of insects to enter and stay the night with me also. Shower head did not stay on its attachment so ended up holding the shower head myself, this is after I slid through the tiny gap between the shower and the sink to enter it. The television didn’t work. Then had a disagreement with another member of reception team about wanting my window shut. They didn’t want me to shut my window as I might get too warm. It’s upto me surely if I want my window open or not. Anyway, I’m glad I only paid £57 for the room.

It wasn't clean! I knew there would be issues based on the previous reviews but finding old drink bottles and accumulated debris while looking for the room's one power point was icky. It would also be stifling in heat, they need a fan. The blind was broken in the down position, we fixed it to let in light, otherwise it would have been totally depressing. The room is comically small but that's ok. We were on the top floor, I'd hate to have been in the basement. It was a good location and price.

The downstairs rooms are a fair size, but you can feel the vibration of the underground. We were in 306, a small double bedroom toilet and shower very small Also, it was very hot there was a fan, which helped a bit

The room was very small and cramped, fitting two beds in meant that the only accessible plug sockets were tucked into a back corner that required squeezing between the beds and twisting my arm in a weird way to actually be able to use. The room was far too hot and the window wouldn't stay open - we had to prop it open. The bedding and towels were clean but the room was still a bit grubby looking overall, and a bag of rubbish from a previous occupant of the room had been left behind the door.

The hotel was cheap and in a very good location - it was convenient for the underground as it is close to Paddington. The beds were creaky but comfortable enough.The water pressure in the shower was good as well, and the staff was pleasant. As a place to rest your head for the night, it was sufficient.

The bed was a little bit too hard, the pillow was too soft and only had one. The bathroom is very small, making it difficult for a bigger man to sit on the toilet and shower with turning around. The floor is also slanted and the door isn't entirely flush with the floor, allowing for nearly an inch gap.

What you get for the price is good. The location is super close to Paddington station. The room is small but passable.

The room I stayed in should have never been on sale. Basement room, stuffy: Air-Con & TV didn't work. No offer to rectify - just 'that's how it is'. Certainy not a 3-star as advertised, all 2-stars I have stayed in are much better.

After arriving, when the lift opened, there was large bundles of dirty laundry at the lift doors. I entered my room and found it smaller than I thought it was, noticing finger or toenail clippings on the table next to my bed, also the tv didn’t work.
