My only suggestion (not a criticism), would be to improve the coffee offering. Ideally a pod machine, but even just coffee bags or a little cafetiera would be much nicer than instant.

I travel regularly for work, and this little apartment was so much more 'home from home' than a standard hotel room. It is a simple pleasure, but the difference between sitting on a sofa to watch TV and relax in the evening, compared to having to sit in bed all evening (as per most hotels) is huge! The desk was also perfectly good for working on a laptop. The continental breakfast was more than adequate, with plenty provided and plenty of choice. The pub was also very good for my evening meal, with a nice atmosphere, friendly staff and quick service. I would certainly use it again if in the area.

A lovely little garden cottage it would benefit from some form of air conditioning as it was so hot even with the fan on. If providing pastries for breakfast they need to be either refrigerated or left later as they were really soggy when we came to use them.

Pastries in containers didn't store well as went a little soggy. Didn't get to eat there as closed Monday and we were at a do at club Tuesday.

Great location for a comp we were playing at Belton Park. Big enough for us to use bed and sofa bed. Able to sit outside and have a drink at table and chairs outside room. Parking off the road. Continental breakfast was set up on table in corner with good selection of fruit, cereals with yogurt, orange and milk in fridge.

Lovely comfy cottage at side of the pub and overlooking the pub garden.Very peaceful and pretty area,pub busy but not noisy.Staff were very friendly and helpful .Good breakfast with lots of choice in the cottage .We had also booked evening dinner, which was very tasty and large portions .Our daughter who is vegan also had lots of choice available

I liked everything and highly recommend this place to have a super stay.

An gorgeous stay in a superbly well equipped cottage at the side of the pub so you had food and drink next door and then a peaceful and quiet stay to look forward to. The pub owners are so friendly and welcoming and 100% go the extra mile to do anything they can to help. The food is delicious and I even got a parking space off road for the car right next to the cottage. The breakfast was so generous, with cereals and pastries, toast if you wanted it, yougurts fresh fruit. Incredible.

Need a long mirror on the wall at sensible height. Bathroom lighting for shaving could have been better.

Continental Breakfast was left for us to have in the morning, and there was plenty of choice, Fridge contained milk and butter and yoghurt, and water. Sofa and chair were very comfortable. located in a separate building next to the pub, it was very quiet. There was some outside space, with table and chairs, all on the ground floor so access was easy. Food in the restaurant at evening meal was excellent, and loads of it. Staff all very friendly and obviously took pride in the establishment.

We had a lovely overnight stay. It was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. A great continental breakfast was provided in the room in a fridge. We also had a superb meal in the pub (the portions were huge!). The staff were really friendly. Overall a fantastic stay.

Breakfast selection adequate but be improved eg by including muesli , whole grain bread, plain croissants.

Comfortable and spacious accommodation. Friendly and helpful staff. Simple, quality produce well cooked for our pub meal. Fresh milk, juice and water in the fridge was welcome.

My husband does like cooked but we were aware it was buffet. Shower could have a handle as bath is deep and being older .

It’s in a quant little village. Staff very helpful and friendly. Pub served brilliant food. No one bothered us just available if needed. Breakfast easy not cooked but plenty. Very comfortable good value. Easy access to A1
