Sink light did not work. Shower tray filled with water. Took a very long time to get hot shower water

The issue with my first room was due to a leaking pipe. Not the hotel's fault, these things happen. When I moved to the second room, however, I found that one of the provided bath towels had a massive red/orange stain on it. I'm unsure what it was (rust maybe?), but that was taken care of when the hotel staff changed the towels the next morning. The only other thing of note was that the bar downstairs was open late, and it was somewhat difficult to fall asleep one night because of the noise from people leaving.

The staff were very friendly, and helpful. When I checked in, there was an issue with my room. I went downstairs to see about switching, and a staff member facilitated that quite quickly. I greatly appreciated that because I was exhausted from travel, and the room I was changed to was quite nice. The room I was changed to was set up well with a wardrobe, two beds, and a desk. I found the bed I slept in to be comfortable, and the free breakfast was good as well. The room I was moved to was extremely spacious with a nice window overlooking the front of the hotel.

No meantion of other function parties over the weekend. I didnt felt like having constant music drone echoing in the room at a late hour. No ability to control the temperature in the room, atleast supply a desk fan. Lucky I brought my own.

Sharing a bathroom might be an inconvenience for some though it didn't bother me. I think this is reflected in the price.

The hotel is excellent value for money. It was the perfect location for a hospital visit and breakfast was great. It's also right next to a train station.

There was a disco/house venue happening on Friday night and the music rocked my world. The room was rather compact for two ppl

Hotel very tired looking, thread bear carpets. Dirty skirting boards. Tiles on the bathroom floor cracked. Felt place needs a major make over. Also check in time on booking form 1400, turned up at 1440 and was told check in didn't start until 1500. However, there was a notice on the check in desk that check in was 2pm. The girl checking me in just said " oh we don't use that, check in is 3pm " Photos show's the place Clean and tidy, we didn't find that.

Room size Electrical outlets too near floor. Kettle needs to be placed on floor to use. Shower tepid water, Room ambience overall - needs to be updated.

I liked everything about my stay, and was happy that the facilities in the room matched the amount paid - good value for money.

Really good atmosphere in the hotel. I didn't have the opportunity to take breakfast during my stay, although I had an evening meal on both nights which was good value. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Close to Crookston station making it readily accessible.

The room was basic which reflected on the price the room had a shower and sink but no wc, which was along the hall which was ok but the lock on the door was jammed and did'nt work

Hadn't realised there was a karaoke/live music night and I was directly above. Fortunately music ended at midnight but a room further away, or another hotel, would have made sleep easier. Would have joined in usually but was hiking and swimming the next day so missed my beauty sleep!

Easy parking and breakfast included was a great bonus. Room had it's own shower when it had advertised shared bathroom so that was a pleasant surprise. The decor is v lovely and all the staff were friendly.

It was too warm in the room, A bit noisy from the bar downstairs, but managed.

The breakfast was nice, but the toom was a bit warm and the bed could of been a bit longer.
