We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomBreakfast was lovely freshly cooked to order and whilst you were waiting there was cereal, yogurts or fresh fruit to choose from. Jayne is a lovely B&B owner and knows the area very well. No TV in the bedrooms but a comfortable TV lounge is available. Location is fine, a bus which is the coast explorer one takes you into Weston Super Mare. Super dog friendly beach, Sandy Bay Beach is within walking distance. Lovely dinners, we went twice to South Sands Hotel, is also within walking distance. Stayed for 2 nights.

Immaculate house and a wonderful hostess. Breakfast was delicious and cooked exactly how I asked for it. Very accommodating and friendly. Beautiful area with access to a quiet natural beach and main weston beach not too far.

Everything we needed was there. Liked the kettle, looking to get one for us. Breakfast was what we needed, well prepared on order. Jane is a lovely and pleasant owner with great sense of humour. We would stay here again if we visited that part of the country.

I liked everything!! Jayne was the most wonderful host and honestly couldn't do better if she tried!! The breakfast was beautiful and her home/guest house was stunning throughout!! The locals in the pub opposite were friendly and welcoming along with being a bad influence :) The beach was just at the end of the road, buses were regular and the drive into weston super mare was a 10 minute drive. There was a park and shop within a minute and a half and to be honest It was just a great stay! I can not rave about this lady enough, I would highly recommend staying here!
