We liked it all.

Nice and quiet, not overlooked, not too far to walk with suitcases. Staff very helpful when we couldn't work out how to operate the coffee machine in the villa. Also, we had a prompt call from reception after checking out to say we had forgotten our coolbox. Thanks for that - it saved us a possibly awkward retrieval by catching us before we had left Cromer.

The accommodation was clean and spacious, lots of little touches like toiletries and washing up facilities. The view from the terrace was fantastic and the resort itself was so lovely and peaceful.

Spacious and very clean. I could have done with instructions on coffee maker. One member of staff on arrival a bit sharp and did not come across as very friendly or helpful- the rest were brilliantly

Did not realise the accessibility issues. Parking away from rooms at the top of the hill. Too many steep steps for me. Sofas urgently needed replacing.

The room was very spacious and perfect for a couple, really nicely laid out with a nice size kitchen and living room, bed was comfy and nice size TVs. The onsite swimming pool was lovely and staff were very friendly and accommodating.

One of our party had limited walking and could have benefitted with being able to park his car right outside the apartment door. Or having the use of a golf buggy to take him up and down to the car park which was a fairly steep slope with no handrail.

The leisure facilities, peace and quiet location, very well equipped kitchen. Helpful reception staff.

the fact that the resort is spread over a steep hill. It would also have been easier if there was parking near our lodge. It was only 100 yards to the parking but that and the steps up and down to our apartment were a minor irritation (we are in our 60s,there weren't many steps though). I think they could speed up check in a bit, and make the resort map clearer. The instructions in the apartment were too small and not easy to read.

Really nice, quiet, peaceful place. Lovely staff, very friendly. Apartment was all new looking and sparkling clean. Everything we needed and very comfortable indeed, especially the beds. It was lovely that we could heat it to our exact choice. It was peaceful, and we could hear the surf. Loved the pool, jacuzzi etc. It had a lovely big terrace too, great to sit and listen to the surf. We were given a map and all the information we needed.

Kitchen was short of some of the basics.

Great location. Good facilities. Can be a bit expensive for what you get but we got the apartment at a fair price end of season. Would go again.

The apartment was very well furnished, comfortable and had everything necessary for self catering, also there is an excellent restaurant on site, serving delicious meals at very fair prices. The location of the country club is just outside Cromer, which is within easy walking distance, it's a great place for a relaxing break, having many facilities on site. Obviously I am going to say price, as you check in at 4pm out at 10am so not long, I think it's just part of the cost of living but check out at 11am would have given us just a bit more family chill time (my husband and I got a real bargain few years back which was fab and needed☺️) so we were happy with that. We will return and would appreciate being informed of bargains thank you. Also might have been me as I am inexperienced 🙈 but for the life of us we couldn't work out the coffee machine! I'm sure when we stayed before we had instructions but I couldn't find any? We were in number 39 x

The location was perfect for a walk into Cromer. Everything you need in property, nice beds and bedding. I liked the fact that after check out at 10 am we were able to use the facilities for free, which was lovely as we only stayed one night so would not have otherwise. We have stayed before as part of a group.on several occasions over the years so we were familiar with layout/walks/facilities.

We booked 3 apartments as a group and were spaced quite a way from each other. One apartment certainly was of a lesser standard and sofa bed hadn't been upgraded like the other two. Restaurant was great in the evening but no option for a coffee or drink or snack in the day. It felt like there could be a market for that.

Great location walkable into Cromer. Lovely onsite restaurant and the seafood platter was delicious. Kids loved the games room and the pool.

We really enjoyed our stay but didn't really use the facilities as much as we should have as we were out and about exploring Norfolk. The pool didn't have much atmosphere while the 'toddler time' had hard any toys to play with. I also wish we had a little area we could have closed off outside the villa, this is just because our toddler is very active and of course, just runs off! I understand you can't please everyone.

Beautiful location with a lovely hilly hike to the beach, not great for our buggy but we managed. The villas were well presented, spacious and clean, with everything you need. We loved your stay, thank you.

Not much not to like….. finding a parking space was a challenge at times but overcome. The check in time of 4.00pm is late and the check out time of 10.00am is too early, that would be my only real comment of dissatisfaction shared by other guests that I spoke to but wouldn’t stop me returning. I feel this could be considered for some flexibility….

Unit size is great, staff are friendly and helpful, location is perfect, parking is free. We really couldn't be happier! We have stayed many times and plan to go back again soon.
