Swimming with my kid was wonderful in a clean and big pool. We had a movie night as there was a dvd player and large TV. I've never stayed at a holiday home better equipped.

Only had a short stay would like to stay longer. For our stay all was satisfactory.

Very welcoming staff. Good facilities and quiet position. Privacy good and community areas well run. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Had excellent meal in restaurant.

It was difficult to find out where to it the landfill rubbish ( they are keen on recycling so those bins were close). The landfill bin was up 2 flights of very steep steps - not good enough. The same applied to glass recycling. The sofa was a bit grubby.

Nice flat and well supplied. Very nice staff team. I used the pool once and it was fine but for an adult doing lengths it was to shallow at one end but of course fine for others.

Having to leave at the end of our stay.

It was very clean and well positioned with great view of the sea. The kitchen area was very well equipped. The Beds were very comfortable. The staff were excellent and we could not fault the other amenities including the indoor swimming pool and the Bar and restaurant. The food was excellent.

It probably gets busy during high season and then it depends a bit on who is next door / above / below your apartment. The main supermarkets are on the other side of Cromer and not really within easy walking distance.

The location is a short walk from the main town centre in a more residential area so there was no loud noise at night. You can access the coast easily and walk into Cromer centre from the country park - about 15-20 minutes. The apartment itself was clean, well equipped and had all the appliances that I needed. Good shower.

The wardrobe on either side of the bed, made me and my husband feel very closed in Dirty makers on hand towel Dirty mark on the sofa. My friends were in a better room none of the above.

I loved the sports areas The apartment on the whole was good. All safe I met were friendly helpful and well presented.

The set up of the resort was great. We went as a group of 13 and they managed to get our accommodation close to each other. We didn't really use the facilities there but was good to know it was all there The house/apartments were all spacious and kept very clean

Apartment 89 has quite a big front step,you need to be able to negotiate some steep slopes on the site but ot a major issue.

This is our second visit,the apartment was clean everything provided to enjoy a short break. Reception are very helpful and check in is swift. The Restaurant on both our stays has been exceptional both the food and the delightful people who are front of house.
