This is college campus dorms during the summer. This is not set up as a short-term hotel. Sheets, towels, shower curtain, roll of toilet paper are provided, but that's it. No shower floor mat, no rubbish bin, no hangers. If you stay longer than a few days, bring your own stuff. There was a kitchen, but range did not work, only oven, microwave, kettle and fridge. No cooking supplies, no cleaning supplies. I stayed a month, and I think there was no communication that no one was taking out the rubbish. At the end of 4 weeks the bins were full. My bed was not comfortable and had the springs digging in my.back, so found a solution for that, too. That being said, if you are prepared, this place is a really good location.

If you know what to.expect, this can be a great place to stay. Three minute walk to the beach. Private bathroom. Access to kitchen facilities. Tesco Express nearby and easy to get to the city center. Laundry facility close by. Room was clean, shower and bath were clean. Lots of storage. Room was big. Lots of lighting.

A bit disconnected from Swansea outside of term months. There was no bin in the room or the bathroom, no hangers, no hooks.

The buildings are new, rooms are clean and the beds were comfortable. Didn't use the kitchen but it looked clean and spacious

The bed was uncomfortable. There was no bin in room (had to take all rubbish to kitchen). Towels were not changed during stay. There was a kitchen, but no mugs, plates, cutlery or cooking equipment, never been in accommodationwith a kitchen where this was not provided. My key card to room stopped working and wouldn't let me into my room - had to be reset.

The fan in my bathroom didn't switch off which was a bit disturbing at night. The fan in my wife's roof didn't work at all. And the shower in my room had a lot of mold which I find unacceptable because we had to pay £75 per room for cleaning costs.

I understand that it was summer and the heating couldn't be put on, but Wales is too cold and there was still some cold at night when there is no sun. I would have loved for the heating to be on to make me more comfortable. Other than that, it was a great experience. The room was the right size with all other facilities available to make your stay nice.

Staff answered the call quickly and met me to hand over the keys without delays. All my questions were answered politely. The stay was lovely. Room size and preference was met and the location was perfect. The required facilities to make my stay enjoyable was available. I will recommend that others should book this accommodation without delays. The price is very affordable and trust me the experience will be nice too.

The common areas weren't cleaned often, i.e., the bins were without bags for a couple of days, and the bathroom was prone to have water in the floor from the shower and no drain to easily take care of it.

The room was spacious and it had a desk so I could work comfortably with a sea view, the kitchen was spacious.

Only provided shampoo, not body wash. Room or flat has no bins, and remember to bring food with you or arrive early as Tesco shuts at 17.00 and you're quite far away from other options. Cleaning fee of £75 is a bit high.

Absolutely did what it was supposed to do. A cheap place to stay with basic amenities. However, a double bed and ensuite at this price point were fantastic.

I did not receive any information on how to check-in and get the key, though they wrote it will be communicated at least 24h in advance. The night before my arrival date, I messaged the property and finally got a reply close to midnight (that was less than 24 h for sure) that I have to get the key from someone and was given a phone number. I would be arriving later than the check in time of 5pm, so since the morning of the arrival date I tried contacting that phone number to see if there is any possible arrangement to get the key - i tried calling and messaging and whatsapp but NOBODY answered. I messaged via booking.com, every time a different agent replied with new phone numbers to contact about the key, still could not reach anybody. One number was even an US number... am I suppose to call someone in the US to get the key for a UK accomodation? (Fyi, no answer after messaging it). And at 5pm I finally reached someone at the agency (that arrange the booking.com deal, not a staff at the accommodation) and heard that I can pay 40 pounds for late check-in. Decided not to, as I still could not reach any living person from the accommodation itself and not sure if it was a scam. At the end I stayed somewhere else for the night and arrived the next day, and lost 1 night of stay. No apologies or refund or anything. A very frustrating experience overall.

This was a room-only booking, so no breakfast included. The room was comfortable and clean, the shower was fine, and the location was pretty quiet. Do check the location - it was a couple of miles out of town, which may not suit you.

Kitchen could have been cleaned but when sharing its down to other people to keep clean as well.

Room was fine,clean very tidy, excellent Wi-Fi, local Tesco Express was open on campus plus the bar. Great for the price as local hotels seemed excessively overpriced Holiday inn express £154 etc.

Can’t really find any faults

Haven’t had much interaction with team, but they seem really pleasant and helpful, location of campus is beautiful right on coast, great facilities around, really couldn’t be happier with this place.

Their checking time was until 5pm. I went to the reception at 4:30 and it was shut. I then attempted to call the phone numbers on the door to which nobody answered. It took me over 40 minutes to find someone in order to be able to get into the property. They don’t state in the advertisement that no cooking equipment is provided. Not even knifes and forks or glasses.

Carpet looked like it had not been hoovered in month, did not take socks off. Bathroom needs a good scrub in the corners. Bed mattress was sagging a lot in the middle. Would not have paid what was asked but needed to be on campus.

The email did not have info on how to collect keys or where to go. YP was there in halls so knew where to go, called the number and there immediately. Quiet room, good view, friendly staff.

Staff in a hurry when checking in, despite the short time window to check in. Staff didn't want to show the room and key card didn't work, took a while to get a working one because it was after 5 and had to call the call centre to get help, reception was closed, and I was locked out of the building. The bathroom hadn't been cleaned, toiletries as advertised or even soap. Bins in kitchen hadn't been emptied and were overflowing, fridges hadn't been cleaned and smelt bad, there were no utensils in the kitchen, plates, cups, cutlery etc.

The room was quiet with a desk and the WiFi was good. Staff did replace the key card that wasn't working and did let me in the building quickly (it was raining). Good transport links to city centre and nice to be near the beach
