To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United KingdomPerhaps having some kind of lockbox/ ? would be a good idea to enable customers to store their items before checking in. Although the hotel allows you to keep bags behind reception – it is made clear that there is no locked room and it is at your own risk.
Hotel was pricey for one night but was absolutely fit for purpose.

United KingdomNothing much, but I would probably say that the pictures advertised are not 100% accurate. The pictures show a fully furnished room, but in real life it’s unfurnished. Nothing wrong with it being unfurnished but because of the pictures I was expecting everything I saw there to be in my room! So I was underwhelmed when I came in and it looked very empty.
Staff were so friendly! Make you feel so welcomed. The room is super cute as well, and the building is very stylish and modern. I didn’t stay for long but I would definitely book again.

The location is fantastic, especially if you are attending a concert/event at Wembley Stadium. Everything was as advertised and easily met my expectations. I would definitely stay here again in the future!
