Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomBin had small dirty marks on the top surface, there was no washing up liquid to clean the crockery I used, and I had to manually lift the microwave over the sink to the nearest plug socket in order to use it. Also there was no signal to the telly.

Ireland- Owner/manager never reply to texts/calls If there is a problem. - No hot water - No toilet tissues - They allow maintenant people inside the apartment without your permission. I have told not to allow anyone without my permission still they allow people inside the apartment when I was locked the apartment. - you can hardly stand in the shower. It’s too small.

United KingdomFirst issue is the noise and light into the bedroom, having a very hands on job and often quite dangerous I need a good nights sleep, this just isn’t possible with the noise from what sounds like a race track outside the room, single pain glass windows are so thin you hear everything, Along with the noise the room just has vertical blinds so at 5am it’s daylight in the room. Secondly, I had to buy some wipes to clean the urine and pubic hairs off of the toilet myself, with rubbish still in the bin I would say the room hadn’t been cleaned just the bed made, all the window sills are full of dust and every flat surface is dusty including cutlery and knife block, Third, I called about the tv not working 3 times with no call back or assistance, now not expecting 5 star but I’m a long way from home and I’d like to be comfortable after work. Oh and the shower is broken hanging out the wall, with no drain plug cover also. A shame because it could be a really nice place.

United KingdomToilet roll could have been supplied there was no mention of there being none at booking stage. In order to watch the TV you realistically have to bring your own device as there is no terrestrial system available. This is not a problem as I always take a firestick with me to watch what I want, however, the wifi is not strong enough to have a continuouis signal and the programmes kept pausing which is frustrating. Having to carry the microwave to the other side of the kitchen to use it wasn't the best either. Unfortunately due to the neighbours being outside during the early hours of the morning and not being quiet (with bass voices) sleep was interrupted regularly due to the windows being single paned and in some cases unable to shut.
The layout was intimate but functional,. Kitchen was stocked with essentials. Bed was comfortable. TV was large.
