Our host Garry was very friendly and welcoming. He provide us recommendations to enjoy our stay in the region. The apartment has everything we need: water, fruits, yogurt, iron, towels, etc. the bed was very confortable and there was private parking for our car. Very grateful for this experience!

Got a little hot during the night at points. But it was a very unusually hot week in general

A lovely light room, with enough space for a crib for the baby. The hosts were very attentive, asking us what we wanted for breakfast and cleaning the piece while we were out each day. Even provided a microwave to sterilise the baby bottles and prepare the milk. The location was exactly what we needed as we had family staying in the village. Also very conveniently located, near the pub and parking spot is great.

Garry, our host was fantastic. Very friendly and did what he could to make us feel most comfortable. We had fresh fruit and breakfast in the mornings which was a generous and lovely addition. The accommodation was very unique and charming in a lovely location.

We had a small cleaning issue that was addressed. For breakfast I personally would have preferred the pastry items to be varied, rather than croissants every day, but that's just my opinion!

The apartment was in a great location minutes from Chichester, with several other tourist attractions as well as a choice of country pubs within close proximity. The apartment itself was modern, spacious and comfortable with a lovely large bed, good shower room and covered parking. The continental breakfast supplied each day was excellent and plentiful and it was an added bonus to have use of a fridge. The hosts were friendly and always ready to advise on places to go.

Good base for exploring West Sussex with a welcoming (but non intrusive) host and lots of thoughtful touches in providing an enjoyable stay. We’re not bothered to have a big breakfast each day so the continental provided in the room was perfect for us.

The place was spotlessly clean and lovely touches. More spacious than we thought. The hosts were so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing and replenished each day. Great value for money as well. The pub, horse and groom, is literally a stones throw and was great for dinner - had a lovely garden for a drink too. Would definitely stay again.

The accommodation was very clean and well kept and the bed was really comfortable. The breakfast was very nice and refreshed during the day ready for the next morning along with any crockery we used. We were sent a key code and instruction on where to park before we arrived. The hosts are very nice; they showed us around the accommodation and explained about the heating, and the breakfast etc. As they hadn’t seen us to speak too, we received a message part way through our stay to check that everything was ok and if we needed anything.

Breakfast was replenished daily by the owner as there are no cooking facilities, but that was no problem. Milk ,fresh fruit and croissants and yoghurt placed in fridge daily. Accommodation very clean and comfortable.

The property was very clean and comfortable, with allocated parking and walking distance to the village pub. Every bit of space was used to great effect, but it would have been useful to have some hangers so we could hang up our jackets/shirts on the pegs. Otherwise, all amenities were wonderfully covered.

There was plenty of delicious items for breakfast and the prepared fruit was a bonus. It was lovely to be able to "laze and graze" in the mornings with no time restraints. Thank you for replenishing after the first night. The building was extremely quiet and the temperature was perfect.
