Loved the wine and biscuits as a welcome gift. The views of the fields and hills were beautiful. It was a lovely clean caravan with a great outdoor space for a BBQ.

We had a wonderful stay! Kids enjoyed very much n the caravan was beautiful, equipped with all the essentials n clean.Thanks Faye for the wine n biscuit. We visited the farm shop n bought lamp steaks which was really nice. Great location, would definitely recommend for family of 4.

The location ! only had to travel a short distance to the seaside fabulous Rhos-on -sea went early so got a great spot stayed for 4 hours ,only a short distance to Llandudno too. We were able to do so much in just two days . Had a lovely meal at the White Lion olde worlde Public house . We went up the great Orme on the tram . walked along the pier at Llandudno , had a drink in the Queen Vic . We had a bonus because the weather was glorious. The accommodation was superb as was the Host Faye very friendly . And the place was very clean with everything you need for a great stay. As a Family they all work very hard ,to make the stay a pleasure to be there.

Very little, even the weather played ball!

Wonderfully secluded location with stunning views over the hills. Idyllic location for couples and families with added fun of occasional visits from the local wildlife!

Nothing perfect as it is - Faye has made the accommodation feel like a home from home.

The property was immaculate, everything you could possible need, fully equipped kitchen, small thing such as cleaning material supplied. Felt very homely, lots of lovely touches. Wifi, Internet TV. Outside area was beautiful, bbq, washing line, log burner, solar lights. Pheasants in the field below, birds on the bird feeder. Scenery is stunning. Will definately be going back. 10 minutes from Abergele, 20 minutes from Conwy. Faye recommeded places to eat etc.

The location was perfect and owner was very friendly. Accommodation was very clean and tidy. The owner even prepared us a fruit wine. Caravan is equipped with everything you would expect. Outside there is a bbq cooker although we couldn't use because it was very wet day. We were here on a wintery period. Overall the house was very warm and cozy especially in the sitting room. However during night time the main bedroom felt colder while the small bedroom was roasting. May be an instruction manual on how to regulate the heating could help novice people like myself.

I liked everything about my stay,the caravan had everything you needed and was very cosy, the view was amazing perfect for relaxing with a cuppa or a glass of wine!I loved watching the lambs playing in the field just in front of the caravan.

I had just 2 days to stay, so I decided I will come back again and stay a bit longer. There was absolutely nothing to dislike.

Perfect location for a get away holiday next to a farmland with a superlative host and a perfectly and very thoughtfully designed place by the lady host. I just can't say enough about the host.

Immaculate, fresh smelling caravan in an idyllic location with amazing views of the surrounding countryside. Brilliant base to explore North Wales with close proximity in car to variety of beaches, coastline and activities. Faye and family were great hosts, v kind and welcoming. We purchased some produce from their farm shop on site and enjoyed a lovely bbq in the excellent outdoor space with the caravan. Would definitely recommend and will be coming back. Thanks so much.
