the location was slightly awkward as it was quite hilly to walk. ( fine with a car though!)

The location was excellent - walking distance to Ventnor and the very picturesque Bonchurch. The house was lovely and the hosts were the perfect; friendly, laid back and extremely kind. They were absolute stars and bent over backwards to help us. We can't praise them or the accommodation enough and will certainly use them again.

Water pressure was quite low but adequate. It tried to ring to ask about parking for my car before I arrived but there was only a message. No lift and narrow staircase, but that seem to be common in the Uk with the older properties.

Beautiful decor and there was everything we needed and more. The breakfast was perfectly presented in a basket, fresh produce. The hosts were delightful, very helpful. We were lucky get parking outside the door. But only 4 bays so could be a problem on occasion. More parking available up the road.

Bathroom was a little small and mattress a bit dented. Neither real issues but the question is what didn’t you like… so felt I had to write something

Brilliant owners, tea making facilities and access to extras, clean mugs etc. garden, view, lovely bed linen and towels. Freedom to come and go with key to the front door.

Quiet location, close to seafront, just a 10min walk to Ventnor town. Clean room, comfortable beds, helpful and hospitable host. Happily book again.

The B&B is in a lovely spot over looking the sea, and it's only a short walk into town. We'd highly recommend.

That we had to come home on such a glorious sunny day! But the ferry was booked.

We had a fabulous stay. The owners could not have been more helpful. Breakfast is not included, but you can purchase a continental breakfast basket which is delivered to your door with hot pastries and croissants, fruit and yogurt. Eat in bed on the lawn, the breakfast room or carry to the beach!! Extra supplies of tea coffee milk etc are in the dining room - A fridge to keep any of your snacks (wine) chilled!

The shower was like dripping tap and could not get the TV to connect to the WiFi although it looked like it was compatible going through the settings. Was hoping to have a night of Netflix l Although the parking at the property is limited, there was plenty of street parking. Never a problem finding a space.

A really pleasant stay with friendly but unobtrusive hosts. It was very convenient to be able to replenish drinks for the room etc. from the guest dining room. We'd definitely stay again if in the area!

location, double aspect room with views to the sea and also to the stunning downs, fresh milk made available daily for the tea/coffee room facilities and also bottled water kept in communal refrigerator, parking on site, beds and bed linens were lovely and soft

Stewart & Lyn were excellent hosts, the place does them proud its loved and homey. Very clean throughout, all furniture in good order and tasteful. Room was a reasonable size with comfortable bed, drawers side of the bed along with another set. Separate good size onsuite bathroom with ample nice towels and on suite small room containing a wardrobe and vanity mirror and hair dryer. Coffee and tea facilities in room. Continental breakfast available with choices cereals, fruit, toast, pasties and ground coffee which was delightfully delivered in a wicker basket outside your door with a gentle knock at your requested time, missing that already guys lol. The breakfast you can eat in your room, downstairs or even outside, weather permitting. The place has loads of character. It has a downstairs lounge. You do have Seaview. Very friendly and helpful host. Room was very comfy with a good interior design. Nice common areas to have breakfast or or watch the sun go down. Within walking distance of town and the beach.
