Everything you could possibly need for a short stay had been thought about. We were extremely well looked after. The location is great and short walk to the local amenities. And we received a warm welcome.

From the moment we arrived we were made to feel most welcome. Everything was done to make our short stay very enjoyable. Everything was well organised and the food was excellent. We would certainly stay again if we were holidaying in Grange.

The cute little touches, fresh milk, plates cutlery for food, the toiletries, the heat mat for hair straighteners, the decor and the gorgeous mugs! Easy access to the public transport links Breakfast was outstanding Our hosts were so kind and accommodating The property was spotless The rooms were really cool even on a hot day No noise at all from anywhere very rare!

A wonderful stay in a great B&B! A very friendly welcome (a well-needed pot of tea!), a bright, well-appointed and meticulously clean room, and some memorable breakfasts. Really nice hosts - Mike and Rach - and we would definitely stay there again.

parking was tight but manageable.a good bit of advice is written on the gate post saying;turn left if you want to turn right,as there are fast moving cars on a blind bend,and there's a little triangular cooey just left where you can turn right

A brisk walk from town ,but OK (and I have a knackered knee),breakfast was fabulous,and so was the bed,so comfortable,will stay again.

The shower a little cramped but other than that excellent and the owners were brilliant

Nothing it was a great stay!

Very spacious room with a little sofa too! Tea and coffee provided and Rach also pointed out to us that there were refills on the landing too. No iron in the room but happy to assist when needed! The attention to detail is cute too, a little light pops on outside your door at night so you can see where you’re putting your keys in! Breakfast was delicious too!

If you're not feeling up to two flights of stairs to your room, despite the wonderful views, ask for a 1st floor room.

The hosts, Rachel and Mike couldn't do enough for us and made us feel very welcome. Everywhere was clean and bright, our room was spacious and there were lovely views across the sands from our bedroom windows on the 2nd floor, and from the breakfast room. Good choice at breakfast. Delicious, home-cooked food by Mike.

We got a very friendly welcome from Mike and Rachel. The room was very nice and comfortable and recently redecorated. Excellent location and short walk to town centre or promenade. Exceptional view from dining room. Truly wonderful breakfast with several choices. Would definitely use again if in the area.

A beautiful property, in a great location for exploring the surrounding area. The accommodation was spot on - comfortable, spacious, lovely decor with all the facilities you’d expect plus extras. Rachel and Mike were great hosts - just the right level of welcoming, friendly, warm and helpful. The breakfast was devine and set me up for the day - it was all delicious but the yoghurt, honey and granola pot starter was particularly lovely. Thank you!
