Extra costs for parking and does not look impressive with abandoned car in car park! Rooms service reception not friendly.

The rooms were so hot. The air con didn’t work. We had it set on 15oc the lowest it would go but absolutely no difference. The property is looking a little dated now and could do with a good makeover.

The beds were uncomfortable and the duvet was not large enough for the bed. This wasn't as much a problem for me as I'm usually warm through the night, however, my husband struggled to get to sleep. Also, we used the pool, which was a separate company to the hotel. We found it to be dirty and tired, damaged tiles where left around the poolside and there were hairs all over the floor around the pool and changing rooms. All of the chairs/loungers had been removed, so there was nowhere to sit. I felt this let down the hotel!

The room was clean and very spacious. Our breakfast was good and there was plenty to choose from. We ate in the Retrouve Bar on our second night and the food was very tasty. The staff were amazing! They work so hard and were very helpful and friendly. We were very impressed when the bar/restaurant staff brought out our son's birthday cake and sang happy birthday to him. We chose to stay here due to the location for Legoland and would definitely stay here again.

Being stared at and made to feel extremely uncomfortable by a large group of foreign men in the swimming pool, me being the only white person in there with my son. I felt very unsafe. Absolutely unacceptable in my own country. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning to this hotel for this reason. It’s just a hotel now catering for a certain group of people and their archaic values and beliefs. You are not treated well as a white woman.

The staff just at reception were lovely, the room was pleasant and the restaurant was nice.

Food in lobby bar was really not good but the waiter was very nice. They really need speed up the refurbishment or at least replace the beds.

Good location with reasonable price car parking. The reception was very helpful with an early checkin.

We ate in the bar one night and selected off the Indian menu. Quality of meat (chicken) wasn't good.

Staff were all very friendly and welcoming. Hotel very well priced for trip to Legoland versus staying in Windsor. Breakfast was very nice with good selection available.

One lift means I waited longer than I would have liked and the noise of the air filtration system at night (I assume that’s what it was) means I missed my earplugs I forgot to bring.

Very clean and comfortable with a high end feel. Staff were really first class and a real asset, excellent hospitality.

Very convenient for driving in towards London off the M4. Good parking facilities at the hotel. Short UBER to Slough train station and Elizabeth line into central London. Room was good. Much better value than staying in London if you don't need to. Great for a 1 or 2 night stay. Second time we've stayed here so cant be bad.

Room was fine, car park below the hotel is very tight but had plenty of space, check in/out was quick and easy. It was quite noisy throughout the night with people coming and going but I think this is mostly due to its proximity to the airport so people leaving to catch flights at varying times. Other than that, nice and easy. I didn't try the food or breakfast so can't comment on any of those.

I didn't like the way I was welcomed to the hotel.There were 2 ladies at the reception that afternoon. When One of the older lady receptionist served me and checked me in to allocate the room . She was prejudiced and quickly made assumptions on my mate . Sayin Ur underage when the id was provided right in her hand, without even having a look at the age on in She quickly made comments without substance while the proof of ID was clearly presented to her on arrival. Which was not at all professional. Felt like I was in for an interview while she asked me questions like what was my purpose of being to this hotel and the very fresh booking I made . When everything was provided on booking.com while the booking was made . This person was very judgemental For some reasons I felt very judged and uncomfortable in the whole process. My guest felt the same and didn't like the way this all went . I felt totally unpleasant about the check in process with this old lady making pure assumptions. She would make a better reporter in the BBC for her inquisitive behaviour than a receptionist at a hotel . It felt like she did me a favour to stay in this hotel rather than a feeling of yes I paid for it to enjoy my short stay . Very weird and I hope some one elz don't have to feel this same way because it's not at all pleasant and a feeling of bliss .

Room was basic. Although clean bathroom dated and worn. Only one pillow per person so had to request more. Bed wasn’t great. Breakfast restaurant was way too hot. Felt the price was a bit too much for what you got.

Great location for legoland, lovely friendly helpful staff, very nice lobby and bar area. Good portion sizes at dinner. Good breakfast.
