More plug sockets near the bed would be nice especially to charge mobile phones

The staff are always friendly and helpful. The rooms are large and the beds are always comfortable. Breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice.

Very dated decor and furnishings. Inadequate lighting in bathroom, not all windows worked, cupboard doors hanging off.

The hotel was tired.Rooms good size but tired and outdated,in need of update. Chipped paint ,miss matched furniture, sad carpet old bathroom with ancient fittings

Brilliant location. Staff really friendly . Nice breakfast but a bit bland . Needs much better gluten free choice . Lovely conservatory onto quay Easy walking distance to lots of facilities and attractions

The only issue we had was the temperature of water when taking a shower. The water was too hot and we couldn't adjust it to a suitable temperature..

The location, although not right in the city centre, was ideal for us as it was quieter than being in the city centre and it was very handy to get to via the tram, which has an excellent service. The hotel has a proper bar and restaurant which, although we didn't use it, gives it the look and feel of a "proper" hotel - whereas many budget hotels we've stayed in simply have a small reception area. Overall we thought it was really good value and we'd definitely stay there again.

Little bit tired and dirty but didn’t upset pit stay. Good value for money.

Staff were great and very friendly, from reception to bar staff and room attendants. Makes a big difference.

Room was tired and in need of modernising. Wasn’t filthy but wasn’t spotless. No air conditioning so room was a bit hot despite window being open when we checked in. Flies in room as window open and overlooking quays although it was a nice view.

Good location. Bar stayed open after we came back from a gig. Plenty of choice at breakfast. Self check out. Friendly staff.

No control of heating in room.we went down to have an evening meal at 7.45 pm and we're told we couldn't order till 8.00 pm due to a private function, we asked what time food was served at reception and no one mentioned the private function .

Fire alarm woke us up at 7am on a Sunday morning, continously going on and off for about 10 minutes with no warning for a fire drill or anything. Wasn't asked if cleaners could enter room over the weekend to make bed, instead they went through my stuff, I knew because it had been moved from where I left it all. My bags the lot. Walked into the hotel Saturday afternoon to find water gushing out of the reception area roof from the electrics 🙄

It would have been better if the receptionist knew the area as she was unable to advise on travelling into the city centre or how far the Trafford Centre was. Breakfast was okay - the milk was sour unfortunately that went on to my husband's cereal.

Comfortable Bed and a very clean room. Location was great; not even 10 minutes into the city centre in a reasonably priced Uber. Staff very friendly.
