The lodge itself was brilliant and secluded, it was clean, modern. Full continental breakfast of several choices were included. The host Martin was friendly and helpful. The views were on open field with own area by river at end with a log to sit on.

Not having a pub in walking distance. However, Glastonbury was 19 minutes in the car.

The location, the view, and the quietness. You had everything you needed, and we were supplied with our breakfast of eggs, cearals, milk, and bread. Tea and coffee were also supplied.

Location. Comfortable accommodation. Great choice of breakfast provisions. Helpful and informative hosts. We loved everything about Conkers and will definitely book again.

Our only constructive feedback is perhaps it’s time for a new mattress. The mattress was very soft and the springs were starting to protrude. However this did not affect our enjoyable stay and will not deter us from booking again.

The location was excellent, the property was very clean and had everything needed. Our Hosts were brilliant and extremely welcoming. The breakfast was very generous and set us up for the day. The fresh eggs from the on-site chickens were very tasty. Our 3 night stay was not long enough.

The only niggle was that the shower was difficult to adjust.

This was such a lovely lodge. Had everything you could need along with wonderful views. It was peaceful and a wonderful base of operations for our Glastonbury trip.

Great find on the levels and we were fortunate to have the best day of the year so far to sit outside in the sun and look over the fields of sheep. Very well equipped self contained chalet, friendly and welcoming hosts.

Awesome, modern and clean cabin in a stunning location. Best place we've stayed in a long time, will definitely return. Close to Clarks shopping village, Glastonbury, Cheddar and Wells. All worth a visit.

There was nothing to dislike everything was perfect

My girlfriend and I loved it here. It's an easily commutable distance to Glastonbury town and not too far from the coast and Bristol, too. It was very clean and quiet and cosy. The sky light was really unique, although it was cloudy when we stayed so we couldn't stargaze. The eye masks are a nice touch for light sleepers! The cupboards and fridge were kitted out with lots of breakfast items, as well as fresh fruit. The view was beautiful and we also enjoyed watching the sheep. We would love to come back again for another stay and we're sad that we had to leave!

We didn't want to leave .

This place is amazing!! It has a great view and we loved watching the sheep and chickens . You can star gaze from bed through the skylight on a clear night. An extra bonus was that everything was provided for breakfast including a great loaf of bread , fresh eggs and fruit. Warm , comfortable and secluded ... can't wait to book again .

There was nothing we disliked apart from having to leave too soon …

A totally new experience for us and one which we could be addicted to. The peace and quiet and comfort of this property made us completely relax . Everything has been thought of to make your stay comfortable and cosy and breakfast was a complete surprise. Clean and tidy and well maintained, we loved it so much so we’ve booked to go back next month !

The cabin/ accommodation is located in a peaceful location on the host's property. It's far enough from their house to be private, but still close if anything is needed. It overlooks their field of sheep which is lovely! Unfortunately it was raining when we stayed so we couldn't make much use of the patio area, but there is everything you need indoors, and they even provide tea, coffee, bread, milk, eggs & cereal to make breakfast. There is TV, wifi & a comfy bed. It's a great place to stay for work or pleasure and is only 10 minutes from Glastonbury. We met Martin's wife Sarah, who was lovely, and gave us check in instructions/ helpful advice on where to get food. There is a lovely sky light above the bed which I imagine is great when you can see the stars!
