Parking was a little confusing. We tried to buy a week pass but there was a delivery charge. The gap between the double bed and the wall was quite narrow. I'm only small, but imagine anyone larger may have struggled.

We could collect the keys at any time from the lock box. Instructions were clear. The property was very clean, beautifully decorated.

Noise and music from the pub next door on a weekend went on quite late.

The flat is very well equipped and nicely furnished. Comfortable beds. Plentiful hot water and a good shower. Very clean.The owner is exceedingly helpful and responsive. Excellent instructions for arrival. Location in the centre of town is good for wandering, all the shops you need available. Easy drive to wonderful walking in Swaledale.

The flat was well fitted out and the decoration clean and beautifully done. There was everything within the property to make it very comfortable stay. The only downside is it being next to a pub and closing time was a bit noisy, especially when its warm and you have the windows open at night. It wouldn't stop us staying at the property again though

Stairs would challenge the older unfit.

Location was unbelievable- right in the heart of Richmond’s market place. The house had everything you needed and really good heating and shower. A delightful village with delightful people. We would recommend this place to families and couples. The stairs are the only negative - one flight is very steep ; the other two are fine

Noise outside the pub next door late at night

The apartment was lovely and clean with enough space for 4 people. Location was great, on Market place, very close to shops, cafes and restaurants. Quite easy to find a car space as well

Parking was an issue even with the disc parking. Paid for a weekly pass at Nuns Close a few minutes walk away which sorted it out.

Location was fabulous and liked the comfortable lounge with Netflix etc. Everything you need is provided.

It was all great for our purpose but the kitchen is small and a bit limited so not ideal if you wanted to do a lot of cooking. It’s also next to the Talbot hotel so on a weekend you might have to put up with a bit of really bad singing! But not too late.

Parking is tricky but pay 15.00 to park on Nunns Close car park and you can stay up to 7 days there.

Excellent central location and apartment spotlessly clean. Would definitely book again. Host Jim was very good with communication

Lockbox at side of the door - several keys and a little fiddly to re-lock as these boxes aren't spacious!
