There was a strange smell in the bathroom from the moment we arrived , the shower was not clean so we opted not to use it whilst staying. The kettle also smelt of vinegar so I had to wash it out a few times before using it.

It was in a good location near to public transport e.g underground stations etc. Tea and Coffee station available in the room.

There was a strong disinfection smell by arrival, but it has disappeared over a day. The shower head was not suitable for lower water pressure. The paint on the desk was sticky.

The facilities were older, but clean. The hotel is in perfect location with lot of places for breakfast, dinner or late fast food just a minute of walk. Tesco supermarket is round the corner and picadilly or central lines are 5 minutes of walking. Check in was easy just the next door house.

So I have a list. Let me first say that this was a cheap couple of nights, so you get what you pay for, but this hotel could be so much better if they just honed in on simple things. Drink stains on the walls, I'm a clean bed and shower girl so I'm like whatever about the stains, but it could easily be improved. I was beside a wide open area at the back of the residence, so i pulled across the heavy curtains, pushing down a LOT of flies from the window ledge. I have the same problem in the summer, I'd only have cleaned it and they'd be back. You should be keeping on top of it..I stayed the other side of the double bed and it was all good. There is swing door right next to my room for guests and staff to access the rest of the back of the building. I wasn't bothered about the swing noise, but it screeched like a horror movie LOUDLY, when it went to go back to its closed position. I told the guy at reception it needs oil or something, so whoever gets room 5 in their hotel, hopefully they'll have oiled it soon. The room needs more plugs, I had to unplug to fridge to use the hairdryer witch is attached to the wall. They have a VERY standard fridge in the room, I've seen these types in other low cost hotels, no shelves etc, and Im not bothered by that, again in this instance you get what you pay for, having to switch plugs was annoying. I put a bag of ice in the tiny freezer and it froze to a block, kinda funny, but annoying. The cleaning staff, walked into my room, two days in a row, knowing full well i was in there. The second day I was in my bra and underwear, so that's not ok, I was too tired to think of locking it on the second day. Lovely polite lady, but please tell your staff to be respectful and not walk in on them. I am aware they may have a ridiculous schedule and work hard, but not having the privacy on the second day was noticed and it wasn't ok.

Ive stayed in that area before, the location is great. Buses, tube, shops a short walk away. I was give a double bed instead of a single, which was a nice addition. Was allowed into my room a tiny bit early (half an hour) which I needed and appreciated.

There are too many stairs and it’s exhausting taking luggage up and down 2 flights as there is no lift. There was no TV despite telling the staff twice in person and once via messages. The WiFi was not reliable spent 2 whole days without it. There was no air conditioning and it was extremely hot like in a sauna. The fan that was in the room hardly made a breeze.

The property location is just a 10 min walk to the train station and there are bus stops just a few meters away on either side of the road. The place was clean.

My room was on the top floor so steep steps up with no lift

The hotel is quite handy to Hammersmith and shopping at shepherds bush. Fairly cheap for london so reasonable value for money

the room was very hot and we had to keep the windows open all day and night There was a fan luckily and it saved us from melting. The room was also at the first floor but facing the main street and it was very noisy because of ambulance noise and a lot of firemen vans going up and down the street at every hour of the night making a shrill disturbing sound. Also the guests walking up and down the room above ours at 4 o'clock in the morning were quite disturbing.... but we realize it was because of the wooden floor.

everything in good state. Beds comfortable toilet newly restructurated. Central position easy to reach after a 10 minute walk from Hammersmith tube. The hotel attendants very nice and tried to accomodate all our requests at their best.

Poor cleanliness, no aircon and a bit of a nightmare upon arrival ; green sludge was coming out of the shower and carpet was very wet. Staff were very helpful in immediately finding alternative accommodation up the road but in 30 degree heat with 3 suitcases, in not the nicest area ; climbing up all those stairs to come back down again and back up more wasn’t ideal. Staff were lovely though, really appreciate that.

The room when i stayed needed some repairs. The bathroom was smelling, and the shower door has come off what is very unsafe. Also, the building it is not accessible, has narrow stairs and has no lift.

In general, it is a comfortable place to rest a few days after a long day walking through london. It is a good value for money.

Shower wasn’t great (no cold water, only hot) and leaking instead of showering ). We were 4 of us and all we got was one tiny bottle of shampoo and shower gel. Not each, only 2 tiny bottles for the four of us (is this how they save water?) Window was unable to fully close (could hear the street throughout the night). WiFi never worked, so had to use our 4G the full time we were there.
