Room was very dated, beds quite rickety, shower/toilet room extremely small. Right under flight paths for Heathrow Airport, but windows were double insulated and it was not a problem for me.

Very easy to get to, plenty of parking in front and nearby streets. Excellent Italian restaurant downstairs. Friendly staff.

Fridge didn't work. Bathroom was tiny, although the shower itself was adequate. It seemed that our room was above a laundry perhaps..constant droning sound.

Door lock didn't work properly, could be lethal in the event of a fire. I assume this problem only affected the room I was in (No. 3). Toilet light unpredictable. Television reception useless. A second pillow would have been nice.

Staff were helpful and the towels were changed each day.

Nothing - it is very basic (almost spartan) but very clean and very welcoming. If like me you were just crashing for an early flight on your own tab there’s nowhere better.

Great location. Easy for Heathrow. Very good value. Friendly staff. Stunning food in the restaurant.

Freezing cold room, electricity kept tripping (went to reception four times to reset), TV pixilated most of the time, double socket for fridge, TV and kettle but only one socket operable, generally tired, no table light

Tatty around edges perhaps, eg odd hole, nail or screw marks where a panel etc might have been but not major issue. Although double glazed, take ear plugs( i used wax, which blocked out sound successfully), as planes fly close as they come into land( see them from back facing rooms) in the morning. Not fault of hotel of course! A pipe got v hot in shower(high up near shower head bracket). could have done with a warning sign.

Clean, bright rooms, staff were pleasant on arrival, although had to find them in the Italian restaurant next door. Quiet in the guest house itself, and not a particularly busy road.i was happy to find a small toilet/ shower room attached(room 5). Also had a sink.All worked well So, not nearly as bad as some reviews might have you believe, i thought it good value for what i paid! Great location for access to heathrow airport.( although i wasn't there for airport myself).

The chair in the bedroom,uncomfortable ,in the bathroom not suitable with a basin in front of the toilet and shower, making it difficult to use the toilet. Health and safety Beds uncomfortable need replacing

The TV was perfect on all Bbc channels and about 3 odd channels, and all the rest you could not watch unfortunately they just pixeled couldn't watch anything except for Bbc, seriously needs attention and sorting out, otherwise perfect.

Room was badly maintained with rusty radiator, missing wallpaper, poor bathroom with holes in wall.

Free car parking and location. You get exactly what you pay for and for the price, nowhere is cheaper. For one night and just somewhere to sleep it’s fine.

Quite noisy as direct under the airport flight path. You can almost touch the planes. Doors had dodgy locks. Bathroom facilities weren't great.

Great location for Heathrow. Cheap and you get good value but don't expect luxury - it's a place to sleep and wash, not much more. Good attached restaurant.

when you go for things to make a hot drink to go to bed every one forget you are there who needed assistance also im disable also not at all helpful

everything was OK on arrival the problem was when they opened there restaurants they forgot that other people needed assistance also I eat dinner going to my room getting up early to catch a flight I needed to make a cup of tea I ask but the answer was we are busy now we will give it to you later I went to airport without a drink also to take.my medicine im very upset with there performance never again

They had an almost used up roll of toilet tissue in the room. Am not sure the cheapest roll costs more than 25p that they couldn’t put a new one in every time a new guest is lodging. The shower room/toilet was appalling. Drain flow was blocked and you had to finish in a pool of dirty bath water both in the bath tray and on the floor. There wasn’t a single hook or towel rail to hang your housecoat or towel. I think £40 a night is a bit over-priced, considering the small size of the room, individual and sharing facilities and no breakfast.

I didn’t have breakfast. The staff was very welcoming, lovely and pleasant. The room was good for purpose, heating was comfortably on all night, which was their best point for me as I have hypothyroidism, which makes cold environments unbearable for me. In terms of location, if I had to, on transit, I would stay there again as it is perfectly located 7 mins bus ride to Heathrow T5, with the bus stop just 2mins walk away.
