This hotel is Spotless. The hosts are warm and friendly. Room was spacious and very comfortable. Continental breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice. Would definitely recommend this place.

There was nothing not to like

A very welcoming atmosphere where the hosts were friendly and at hand to assist in any way possible. The room was beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean. We had our best sleep after nearly 3 weeks in the Uk, the bed was awesome and the area was quiet. Breakfast was like being in a restaurant with our hosts looking after our every needs. Highly recommend this establishment.

Mike and Lesley were very welcoming and always ready to help with local tips or plans. I was planning to leave very early one morning and they kindly made up a breakfast tray so I wouldn't miss out.

Our room was situated on the second floor. No problem for us but it could be a challenge for less mobile guests.

The hospitality shown by Mike & Leslie was first class, they couldn’t have been more helpful. Our room was really comfortable and very clean with comfy chairs and a super bed. Plenty of storage and hanging space too. We also really enjoyed the tea, coffee, fresh milk, biscuits and Welsh cakes. The en-suite shower room was spacious with lots of hot water.

There is nothing I would say I didn’t like, a pity we were only there for one night. Although no parking on the premises plenty of road space.

Nothing to not like, the mother in law had the best time as I did myself.

The building has so much personality itself, decorative with lots of beautiful pictures and ornaments, and what I would call antiques.. beautiful throughout. The owners are so friendly, accommodating, and overall beautiful couple with lots of insight into beautiful local spots, usually overlooked by tourists. The views from the garden are beautiful, literally 1min walk to the beach. Cosy, quiet beautiful spot, and Mike and Lesley perfect hosts in a beautiful building.

Continental breakfast was lovely and a nice change from always having cooked breakfast. Cheese and ham are very tasty and a good selection.

Warm friendly welcome from Mike. Room 5 nicely presented with all usual facilities including fresh milk in a little fridge . We had a very comfortable night. We enjoyed the breakfast although there's no cooked breakfast which we're not fused about ,there was plenty of options for breakfast . Really enjoyed the natural yoghurt pot with fruit , various pastries , ham & cheese & Freshly ground coffee . Mike & Lesley couldn't do enough for us. We couldn't fault anything . The Colourn is in a nice position handy for walking along the prom to both the pier & Rhos on sea. We would definitely love to stay again .

Absolutely spotless throughout, super atmosphere, and excellent location. Mike and Leslie are wonderful hosts, very attentive when appropriate, and full of useful information. Definitely on the list for a return visit.
