We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Just what we needed. Coffee pods, hot choc and biscuits in the room. Comfy all round and modern en-suite shower room. Very good location for the other restaurants , just off the Main Street.

Great location just off the main road. Own private car park was a bonus too. Just a shame the road to it is full of pot holes and craters!

United KingdomWe stayed in a beautiful room. The hotel is in a quiet part of town with off-road parking. It was an easy walk into town, to the great local pubs. The breakfast was great. A tea and coffee tray was provided in the room with fresh milk each day.

United KingdomThe bed was uncomfortable & small and the duvet was quite sort feet wernt covered when pulled up and we are only 5ft, dogs Barking in the night, people in the next room loud doors banging. We got home the first night at 10PM and host was at top of stairs watching us that was abit weird? and genuinely felt like the host was abit hostile for whatever reason so didn't make us feel comfortable we visit Betws-y-coed frequently our 5th time this year as avid hikers and this was the least welcome we've felt staying somewhere we payed early and where greeted by a rude conversation with the manager saying it hadn't been payed before saying it may have been she needs to check? Was abrubt with us but when questioned it turned to us not listening and we need to calm down? Never had a problem with payment ever... Payed half the price for the same facilties up the road and we where made to feel more then welcome so won't be staying here again clearly only wants a certain type of clientelle which was disappointing as we had the money to spend and would have liked some local advice we where greeted with someone who seemed hostile so will be staying with our usual hosts next time...

The accommodation was excellent. Beautifully presented but also very welcoming. Everything we could have wanted was provided for us. The location was perfect; having never traveled to this area of Wales before we were surrounded by stunning landscapes, brilliant water activities and a good selection pf places to eat and shop.

United KingdomA very minor thing, but the electric sockets in the room were too close to the floor. Consequently the usb connector wouldn't fit in the space between the socket and the floor to be able to recharge our phones.
