Take a cafetiere if you prefer to brew your own coffee rather than use a capsule coffee machine. That's all!

Really excellent, Alison and Stephen could not have done more to give us a warm Xmas welcome. The bungalow is well furnished, spotless and warm in winter. The bed is large and super comfortable and the quiet location a few minutes walk from the station and town centre is ideal. A jewel.

There is absolutely nothing about this property that one could find fault with.

The property was welcoming and fitted out to the highest standards throughout. With everything you could wish for and more, in holiday accommodation. The additional special touches of a welcome pack, wine, chocolates and even robes and slippers, added to the experience.

Quite dark inside so need to have lights on. Did keep it very cool though during hot spell.

Lovely and cool during heatwave. Luxury fittings and fixtures. Hosts added lots of little touches and treats for arrival. This was our second visit this year. Right opposite car park and permit provided.

There was absolutely nothing that I didn't like. Not a single thing!

Beautifully clean, I loved the extras, wine, clotted cream and jam scones, even cotton buds and a cleaning pack. The decor is lovely, throughout, cute and cottagey, with sea colours and a driftwood feel to the living room in keeping with its location. Bed was comfy, and the location was great too. Just a few mins walk to the beach and park. I strongly recommend feeding the ducks at the park, you can buy food there, (don't feed bread) and there are a wide variety of unusual birds, such as Mandarin and Golden eyed ducks. Theres also a big Muscovy duck who is clearly the boss! They owners accommodated us at quite literally the last moment, saving our weekend away, and even talked us through the heating so we could be comfortable. Highly recommended.

If you're wanting walks in the lakes, you're a little far away if going every day, but Grange has things to offer if you don't fancy the drive.

Lovely little property. Remarkably clean and comfortable with enough kitchen space to cook for the two of us. Comfy bed and great shower. We were excellently hosted with advice and suggestions.

we wish we could have stayed longer

we were unfortunate that due to the Queen's funeral, we weren't able to meet the owners, however they sent me the keycode, the place was so cosy and warm, a spacious Bathroom, well organised and stocked kitchen. Also, a very comfortable bedroom and living / dining room. all things within the Bungalow were of a very high quality, the location is ideal base for seeing the lake District and the surrounding Area, i cannot think how this could be bettered, highly recommended
