The front door sticks at the bottom & could be difficult to open. Parking was a challenge when we arrived, we had to park some distance away & it was raining hard.

Well the location of the toilet on the ground floor If your not young it will be difficult to stay upstairs better on theliving room located on the ground floor but you need yo request for additional beddings that sofa bed is comfy.. Overall is nice and lovely place..

-the water pressure and heat in the bath/shower were both quite low, and the bathroom a little bit chilly. -The neighbours were a big downfall for us with having a baby, as they were immensely noisy on three of the 4 nights we stayed. And I had to go and speak to them myself.

-How spacious it was. -the fact it had washing facilities and dishwasher. -the location was 5-10 mins from all the activities we wanted to do. -access to smart tv. -dining area was very useful for mealtimes. -kitchen was well equipped and complimentary items were good! -all was clean and organised.

The living room sofa was a bit tired and not the most comfortable. The parking worked OK although it was a bit busy at times and necessary to park away from the house

My cousin said the sofa bed was quite hard so not as comfortable as the beds.

It was central to the spot I had an appointment at and I was able to walk to the wharf for a boat ride and eat lunch so it was amazing for me.

The road the house is on isn't lovely - but there's nothing especially wrong - its just a very busy road with lots of houses and people and cars. That said, there's a big park nearby (5 min walk) & there's a very neat and tidy backyard with a decent table and chairs if the weather is nice (which it was)

This property has everything - the hosts have really thought about what you might need and provided it - including fresh milk. The WiFi is great and the hosts are really responsive. House is spacious and very nicely presented. We wanted to get off the ferry and fall into bed as we were on a late crossing and this house was literally 5-10 mins from the ferry

We were only a group of 4 so 1 bathroom was just about suitable for us but had we had a full group with us 1 bathroom may have been more difficult to manage with. Not really a complaint as such as the facilities were still fantastic.

The house was extremely well presented and comfortable. Accessing the property was straightforward and communication with the property owner was clear and helpful. We did not have the pleasure of meeting them in person but they have provided a fantastic service and property in a location suitable for a number of local attractions/activities. There were a number of treats left for us such as coffee pods, milk, cereal and some snacks which was a pleasant surprise. The garden area was lovely especially as we had the weather on our side.

We didn't like that the bathroom was downstairs, inside the kitchen. Also, the WiFi is very weak. We used our mobile data throughout our stay.

There's not much I would say... some people have mentioned the residential area and parking as a negative, but it is what it is. We didn't have a problem finding parking and the instructions for the permit was helpful. The only thing I would've liked was freeview TV. Otherwise we would defo book to stay again. Thanks 😊

Aushra and Jacob were great hosts. Very accommodating. The house was lovely, clean and the beds very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and extras much appreciated. Town centre and its attractions were close by. In walking distance or easily accessible by bus.

We had no dislikes at all. It was well laid out, and the owners had also thought about providing anything that we might have forgotten to bring.

The house was perfect for our needs, close to the family we were visiting, and it was spotlessly clean. We would definitely book it again, and have already recommended it to others. The owners are obviously caring for their renters needs.

The neighbour's were a little noisy. The parking wasn't the best but we managed.

A lovely clean spacious house there was 6 of us and I'd didn't feel cramped at all. The beds were comfortable and the furniture nice. The kitchen was kitted out with everything needed for the stay and the fresh milk and a bottle of cava a lovely touch. It cost £10for a big taxi into the center of Portsmouth which we thought was very reasonable. The house is only 10 minutes drive to the center which is also a plus point.
