the room is bit smaller, the door is so close to the bunk, the locker is small, couldnt fit my cabin suitcase. a bit dusty next to the locker, found 2 big spiders in the room 🫣

The location is not far from Kingcross/Pancras approx. 5-10minutes walking. They allow us to storage our suitcase before/after. Good for stay a night but not longer period time

The mattress was so thin and uncomfortable, ok for a one to two night stay but wouldn’t stay here longer. Not a lot of space in the room for luggage. The room I had had no windows but a skylight so lighting was fine but ventilation in the room could have been better, a bit stuffy.

Great location and the bunk bed set up is great in that it’s almost like little pods. Good value for money, it’s basic and cheap and that can be hard to find in London.

Mostly the bathrooms and showers were recently cleaned, but unfortunately I had some bad encounters despite the staff keeping a high standard.

Rooms and beds were comfortable and clean. Also really nice system for keeping the fridges clean in common area.

Unfortunately the room had a fairly loud ventilator in it. Certainly necessary to ventilate a room with several people sleeping in it, but I it would have been great if they could use a less loud option.

The staff was very kind and helpful! I opted for a shared room with bunkbeds and the facilities were absolutely correct, clean and comfortable.

The room for 4 beds I stayed in was very small, no curtains for the beds which is always nice for privacy, the check in time is kind of late if you have an early flight or train.

Close to the train station, underground (metro) and buses, comfy beds, good breakfast for the price, good size lockers if you have a carry on and a backpack; friendly receptionists, lift/elevator available.

The late check in was not ideal, and the room was very small.

Very cheap, and the staff were friendly - let me use some facilities before check-in. Baggage storage was also a big plus, and the hostel had a huge kitchen. I like that the beds had multiple charging options and personal light.

The beds don't have curtains so there is not much privacy and the lavatory in the bathroom is very small. But for the price it is very good.

The place is very close to king Cross and it's easy to find. The bus stop is next to it. The room was ok, everything seemed clean and the personnel were nice and helpful, they store your backpack for free before check-in.

The furniture in the common areas and the mattress in the room is really uncomfy, so not very inviting to spend time on either. The lounge room is in the basement so just not really a nice place to hang out and meet people

It’s warm within the whole building. The room with the pod beds were kinda sweaty (by smell and feeling) with very dry air, because of poor air ventilation. There is a loud fan that’s on 24/7, so bring your earplugs.

Some travellers did not respect others and made a huge amount of noise when leaving , very early in the morning. Management informed. Also rooms were small. Packed tight.

I’m not someone that likes to complain about places, So maybe next time I will try the Pods and I will be able to give a better review. Thanks either way for having me. 👍

Only 3 showers for women (that I could find), and you couldn't use one of them because the lights weren't working. And with teenage girls taking a notoriously long time in the shower, I had to wait for a long time, and then the water was only luke-warm... Luckily it was a hot night! Also hardly any toilets, and very tiny 4-bed dorm. I had requested a bottom bunk for medical reasons, but they forgot about it - however, they gave me a free breakfast instead. I checked in at about 11.30 pm after an international flight, and was exhausted, but the person in front of me at reception was buying a snack or something, and was there for ages. They do need to prioritise new arrivals!

Good breakfast! And slept very well despite the heatwave. There was a small desk fan on the windowsill. They also do luggage storage, and there is a lift, which is handy with heavy bags.
