Great location, easy free parking, lovely comfortable and spacious room with sea view. Breakfast was buffet style with extras available and dinner choices were good . Staff were especially friendly. Overall a lovely seaside hotel.

We were told on the phone by two different staff members that breakfast would be served at 7am on Saturday. When we arrived, we found out that breakfast would be served at 8am. This was too late for us but see above. My room was smaller than when I stayed a month ago and I paid a lot more this time.

Breakfast is good. Maggie the server is very friendly. Hotel in a good location. Manager arranged that we could have breakfast at 7am on Saturday as we needed to leave early.

Only tiny things - but I would have like a box of tissues in my bedroom, and a better choice of tea bags.

Room was spotless, and very comfy, with plenty of space. Staff were all charming, and very helpful.

The only thing we were not happy with was the food in the restaurant Also please be aware there are no lifts in the hotel. The Car Park was busy and a bit of a problem sometimes

Hotel was lovely very clean and the rooms were nice. The breakfast was fantastic and our waitress was amazing, unfortunately we decided to eat in the restaurant one night and it was awful so much so we could not eat it, but in fairness the manager gave us a full refund . Location was brilliant and has a fantastic beach. Nice town and hotel to stay for a short break away .

Some of the corridors upstairs are very narrow and the stairs are also narrow and steep.

The room was quite small but it did have the sea view that we asked for. Breakfast was excellent. Our waitress was great!

sunday lunch wasnt that great i enjoyed the peace and quite being a solo traveller most of the guests were quite ingnorant, hotel staff were polite , bobby the porter is a great addition to the hotel. A good guy.

Room was very warm and hvac unit outside balcony meant I couldn’t leave the door open for fresh air to circulate.

The shower the water pressure was very low and barely worth turning it on.

The bed slightly uncomfortable and very hard to open the top window - seems others had previously tried and failed as the frame between the glass pains was already broken. Table Service in the bar in the evening was a little hit and miss, although noted the bar was busy Would also suggest putting a rubbish receptacle on the breakfast tables for yoghurt pits, butter wrappings etc.

We have stayed there before and the management has tried to encourage you to book on their website by offering discounts. They used to offer 4 nights stay for 3 nights but unfortunately the hotel policy is to offer a 10% discount which results in a much higher price for the rooms!

Breakfast was excellent, plenty of choice and always served hot. The waitresses were friendly, always ready to oblige and provide good service, especially Maggie

Only one packet of cheap biscuits from bookers .A shame they don't do more local produce.. Breakfast was lovely but again cheap sausages.....

Limited dinner menu, slow service for dinner. Busy car park as hotel popular for business meetings etc.

Good location, adjacent to the beach, short drive to Great Yarmouth and other Norfolk attractions. Clean and comfortable. Good sized family room - we stayed with 7 year old granddaughter. Staff friendly though service for dinner slow.
