Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomRestaurant menu a bit short in options , no car park agreement to reduce costs on parking and to reach the 7th floor you need to change the lift on the 3rd floor and find the other lift !!!
All good , rooms clean, water coffee all amenities provided. Staff polite . Breakfast had a great variety and great quality.

United KingdomThe hotel is 3 buildings put together. It was a long walk from reception to the room - one floor up in the lift, walk through lots of corridors (signage was good), then another lift up. If you don’t want such a walk, it’s worth asking for a room closer to reception. Breakfast was disappointing - all hot food I tried was cold despite being on hot plates. I complained on checkout and they offered me breakfast that day, but I had to leave.
Excellent location in Old City. Beautiful and historic facade/entrance to hotel. Large, comfortable room.

Really beautiful property , as soon as we were walking towards it we were saying wow ! Super trendy inside , warm, cosy, comfy and carm. Room was beautiful, plenty of room to space around, everything we needed was there , it was only one night we stayed but could have stayed there longer if I could have afforded too. Definitely stay again if it was cheaper 🥰

United KingdomI do not like constant prompts several times a day to check in on line or using a machine to check in on arrival . Just hate it . The receptionist was very good and I prefer the human touch . Too busy to constantly look at emails and messages to check in before arrival . One offering an option to do this was enough . When you decline to do this you should not be hassled with more requests . It’s like the bot went into overdrive !

Location is excellent, room was super clean and well appointed, details matter such as extra hanging racks in the bathroom for easy access to towels coming out of the shower.
