The bathroom needs an upgrade, even better with a walk-in shower to create more moveable space... the big door hinders the use of the WHB double sink

Jeremiah the house manager is absolutely amazing and a positive contributor to the joys of the stay.. met me on time with a big smile and wonderful help. Good communicator to ensure the stay was comfrotable as was check-out.

Very old flat and furniture Squeaky floors One of the beds in the twin bed room was concave in the middle from the overuse of the matrice! Struggle to get the bathroom locked, we couldn’t leave it unlocked as the door does not close at all! Kept swing open 🙂 Staff only respond when they needed to tell you something but never respond when you need to. Check your belongings before you leave as they will not respond to you. Forgot the charger in a previous flat of the same property and kept asking them since day one about it they told me about it while i was at the AIRPORT after 3 days of chasing them !

The bed settee which we needed to use was broken but we didn’t discover until we came to use it. Evidence of previous repairs so it would have been good for it to have been checked before arrival. Led to an uncomfortable first night but issue was resolved by the second night.

Location was perfect. Staff were responsive and friendly and happy to help. Although some parts of the apartment were a little tired it was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed.

The checking in process was a bit confusing. Not so much checking in, but we had to leave our luggage at the desk because we arrived well before our check in time. Leaving it there and retrieving it was a bit complicated and communication about that could have been better.

Apartment was in a great location, very clean and exactly how it was advertised. The house manager was extremely helpful and available at all times to answer our questions.

Apartments not suitable for wheel chair users, even they marked like is. 3 steps at the entrance and after the lift is a real problem.

The apartment finishing needs a bit of update, but nothing huge.

Amazing location, cosy apartment and freidly team. My family enjoyed the stay as it was easy to get to London's attractions and shopping centers from there-all around 15 minute walk , which was great in the summer weather.

Sofa bed was very small hard and uncomfortable so we couldn’t use it.

The apartment was in a perfect location right in the heart of Mayfair lovely restaurants cafes just few minutes walk and green park train station just 5 minutes away. The team were great very helpful and would reply to messages straight away helping with any query at any time.

We have stayed in 1 of the other apartments before and we loved it. This was apartments number 11 in block 36 it was OK but a bit shabby needs a lick of paint and bathroom updating however still a good experience

Laundry detergent was confusing for front loading washer. Door for the lift was noisy at times.

Apartment was comfortable, kitchen had everything needed. Apartment warmth was good for the visit to cool London. Location very good in Mayfair/Park Lane area. Luggage storage and delivery to the room appreciated!

We had noisy neighbours who stomped around both nights.

The apartments are in a brilliant location, minutes from Green Park underground station and a 15 min walk to Regent and Oxford St. Well presented, comfortable and immaculately clean. Easy access using a key safe and a quick phone call for the code.

I feel the photos are slightly outdated as the flat we were in looked slightly run down. And there were no coffee pods in the kitchen. The towels were too small too. We were also only provided a blanket and not a duvet for my brother.

We liked the location, the fact it was walking location to everything we needed. I liked that the staff were on the other end of the phone for any problems and were very accommodating when we needed to check out later than planned. I loved how private the balcony was. The bed was beautifully comfortable and I slept well.

It was a little chilly - I couldn't get the bedroom wall heater to work but was OK. I also the shower was pretty fiddly but a quick call and the host pointed me in the right direction. Probably more me than anything else. Wifi was patchy other than in the lounge. And the kitchen could have done with a bread/cutting board. Small things that would not put me off staying again.

Spacious apartment. Clean and comfortable, and an ideal location for me, although perhaps a little 'tired'. The 'host' was great too - I was able to leave my suitcase whilst I went about my day of local meetings, and it was in the apartment when I eventually checked in.

The location of this apartment was excellent. Very close to metro and it was great to be able to walk through the parks to many attractions. The communication with staff was excellent. We were able to store our luggage before check in (and it was delivered to our apartment which was fantastic) and also after check out. The apartment was spacious clean and very comfortable.
