Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United KingdomThe only thing we didn't like was an audi car alarm going off most of the night, which was not a fault of the hotel but of one of the other guests.
Excellent service as when we booked we were allocated an upstairs room and due to myself and my wife having difficulties we were able to change to a ground floor room which was excellent.

United KingdomWalls a bit thin, noisy door locks when late comers return. WiFi didn't work in the morning when it had done the night before.
Easy place to find with good access to the city. Plenty of parking space, and a safe location. Staff were as you would expect, "friendly northern people". It's not a myth it's a fact. Room and public areas looked like they had been newly refurbished. Our room was big and airy and well worth the money. It had everything we needed. Bathroom was very modern and completely above the standard we expected. Bed comfortable and clean. Good stay overall.

AustraliaBear in mind we stayed 5 nights. A change in breakfast choices would have been nice. More fresh fruit and plain yoghurt would be good. The cleaners should be asked to clean marks and handprints from the walls and doors, particularly in the ensuite. They change the towels every day and don't offer for you to put them on the floor if you want them changed.
The room was nice and comfortable. Lovely walk-in shower. Most of the staff were friendly and courteous. The breakfast was good. Several choices of cereal, fully cooked breakfast or just the bits you want, a bit of fresh fruit.

Lots of options for breakfast / Dining room very clean. Staff very accomodating and friendly. Happy to help at all times. The room was clean and comfortable. Shower room great. No sign of hairdryer but Im sure if asked there would be one supplied.
