Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomRoom 24 toilet is very badly placed, the seat doesn't open if you don't empty the toilet roll holder and it's so close to the sink that it's impossible to use comfortably without leaning to one side which is already made difficult by the incredibly thin toilet seat. Also the WiFi seemed to be broken, which would be a minor issue if the regular phone signal wasn't so weak. All in all, just small blemishes on a perfect stay.
Clean room, new facilities and very friendly staff. I'll be stopping again when I'm in the area. Excellent breakfast options included and very tasty.

United KingdomThe bed was a little squeaky and the bar closed very early. I went for a walk and for a bite to eat and the bar was shut by the time I got back at 8:45pm. Other than that it was a pleasant stay and we'll worth the money.
The hotel was essay to find, parking was good. Hotel staff were first class, extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast choice was a little limited but very good and really sets you up for the day.

Ease of location, cleanliness of property, friendly staff, very late check in wasn’t an issue. Breakfast was superb, bed and pillows very comfortable, complimentary toiletries, coffee and tea making facilities .
