Everything was up to what I needed from it.

It had everything we needed. This was one of the cheapest hotels I could find near the Nottingham city centre and it was better than anything I could ask for. I wasn’t expecting the worst but for the price I wasn’t expecting the best. But everywhere was clean, the room was left absolutely spot on with all beverage items laid out on the table. Had a tv, hairdryer, a massive walk-in cupboard. I nice decor too. Bathroom was spot on, didn’t feel cheap, it seemed premium and modern. Lots of parking, looks really grand from the outside and snazzy on the inside with its red carpet.

We booked so that we could stop over and sleep and eat in one place due to travel however after arriving we found out there was no food available due to renovations and this was not mentioned upon booking or in any correspondence. The stairs to the third floor are extremely steep!! This is also not the nicest area

Great property in the process of being renovated our room was big and very clean. Tv worked well and good selection of tea and coffee etc

Hot Breakfast would be a great plus! The family room is spacious and well finished. Investment in quality beds would do much to top the stay off - we had divan beds which seemed near or at end of life: creaky, uncomfortable & a little short (although made to standard). Couldn’t recommend the double bed as it is too small & not comfortable. The TV is good size & has more Freeview options than many hotel rooms but it is a very slow smart tv. More hook hangers & less mirrors in room and perhaps a luggage bench might be helpful to travellers, as is a floor towel mat, especially if staying longer than a night or two. 3 persons do not feel cramped - must be one of the best size family rooms around!

Nice & quiet. Brightwork (painting) inside (room & common areas) is quality work and carefully done; outside is tidy too. Unfortunately, no kitchen facility at the hotel, so breakfast not an option. Location is good for those with own transport, with onsite parking. Public transport stops close by. Free wifi. Yea, coffee, biscuits kettle, and an excellent hair-dryer! IKEA Wardrobe. Spacious family room, looking over front lawns & lovely large windows into bay. Great shower!

Walking up the 2 flights of stairs with a couple of bags and a few were thin windy stairs so not easy. No help from attendant

I was able to control the heating in my room which was perfect as the weather wasn't great, the bed was comfy and hot drinks available in room great!!

We liked it all

We stopped for one night en route to Aberfeldy and had a very enjoyable time. Great evening meal and breakfast and room clean and welcoming. No time to use the leisure facilities unfortunately

Probs the stairs. I was on the top floor and the stairs was narrow. But the lovely young man on reception brought my case up to my room.

Only thing was no curtains but a blind instead which sadly didn't block out full light when the sun rises at 5am

Absolutely perfect sized room for 1 on the 2nd floor and a lovely view to the outside as well. Very comfortable bed, great shower and just a lovely little room

Booking through booking.com - I needed to check in later and was not aware that if you book on here you can not check in after midnight but if you ring the hotel you can luckily I was allowed to stay!

Maybe the fact you couldn't get a drink within the hotel.. maybe just a small bar and area? but there's a choice of many near by, so that would put me off staying again.

Location, Staff, Rooms are fabulous, good size car park. Although no facilities for food and drink within the hotel, you do have a fridge in the room which is super helpful. Oh and they do supply with in the room teas and coffee. Would definitely stay again.

Unfortunately, there was no breakfast, and the upper staircase was quite steep, but only minor details in an overall wonderful stay.

Really lovely, welcoming staff. The room was spotless and a great touch of plants in the room and a mini fridge. Very spacious, comfortable and quiet. It was a very pleasant place to stay. Out of the city enough to be quiet, but just a short Uber into the centre, took just a few minutes. Free parking on site was a massive plus.

The receptionist was lovely and welcoming. The room was lovely. Nice and clean and very spacious. Beds very comfortable. Had a little fridge, kettle, hair dryer and fan in the room. Would definitely stay again
