As a 4-star hotel, room a bit basic. Toilet is small.

Great location for work as it’s a 3 mins walk to my office. Staff are friendly. Love the Crabtree toiletries. It’s quiet. Got me to join Honours club.

It can't be changed but the bathroom is very small not much space for 2 people to put anything.

The location we could get a bus outside or walk from back of hotel to the river. The staff were friendly both on the reception desk and in the resturant. Our bedroom was on the garden side and quiet at night. Toiletries are nice in bathroom

As usual, not enough tea bags and coffee/milk sachets plus only basic toiletries. Shame the safe didn’t work and there was no fridge. Not a lot of drawer space to store clothes.

Short walk from busy Temple Meads Station. Small historic park out the back great for picnic also handy for pubs, restaurants and convenience stores. Plenty of drawers and storage so didn’t have to live out of suitcase. Everything had solid feel about it if little old fashioned.

Breakfast was nothing special, the sausages were horrible. Lack of parking in the hotel carpark. The bed was hard and uncomfortable.

Location, room was a reasonable size, quiet, clean, etc. The public areas were clean and well presented.

It was very expensive for what you get. We paid £182 for a queen room with a park view. And I suppose through no fault of the hotel the park view was of homeless people camping in tents. The breakfast was poor quality.

It was centrally located near the train station. The room was clean with tea and coffee facilities. The bed was comfortable.

A great hotel for us as we wanted somewhere near the station for one night. Check in was quick, the room was great (had everything we wanted), breakfast was good and the location was great for us. All the staff were lovely, special thanks to Peter for providing me with plasters and being great at check in. It was quiet and clean and honestly exactly what we needed. It was expensive for one night but it was a Saturday and freshers week so I think demand was high and that's economics. It was still the cheapest in Bristol for that night when we booked.

The only down side was the air conditioning in my room, where the instructions on the wall next to the control unit were clearly for a different control unit.

A great location, good parking, and friendly staff. Everything very clean and well looked after. Efficient, comfortable, and convenient.

View from room. We asked for a room with some view as we were celebrating. Ended up with a brick wall and office window. No view at all. Over looking a dump site / back area to another building. Disappointing due to the number of rooms. The hotel could have been a little more accommodating. Even with a partial nice view. But a brick wall. Basically ignored our request sadly.

Location and car parking facilities. The downstairs area was inviting.

Breakfast was good but they did run out of some bakery items and fruit. The staff struggled to keep on top of cleaning and setting up the tables at busy times. Parking was quite expensive but as expected for the central location.

Location was good. About 10 minutes walk to Cabot Circus and 20 minutes to the harbour. Room was clean and well equipped. Staff were friendly. Didn't have any problems with parking.
