The oven controls were in a poor state of use. Knobs are falling off. No spark on the hob or oven, meaning you need to use an oven lighter to light the hob and oven. Very minimal cooking utensils

The communication from the staff was fantastic throughout. Overall, the cleanliness of the house was of a good standard. Value for money. Sofas where comfortable. Very good WiFi speeds.

TVs didn’t work in the rooms. Plus couldn’t reach the sockets. Whole house was freezing even if you turned on the heating which didn’t seem work. Mattress was comfy but pillows were too thin woke up with a bad neck. Duvet was to thin had to sleep with 3 layers on.

Clean and close to the city Uber was only £7 Kitchen was nice and living room was lovely.

There was only one downstairs bathroom and toilet (for a max occupancy of 8 adults) and only a small table so only some people could eat at the table. The road outside is scruffy, but once inside you wouldn't know! There was a leaking radiator but also, that didn't affect our stay.

this was an emergency replacement booking as our original booking with another property was cancelled 15 mins before we were due to turn up. This property was much more expensive but booking.com refunded the difference. This house was great - nicely decorated, really clean, 4 comfortable double bedrooms. Plenty of sofas and seating and the kitchen was really well equipped. Free parking outside the property on the road.

Property was more shabby than chic. Arriving outside the bins were full and the front was overgrown. There was a problem with the front door so had to go around the back of the property for the key in the key safe, this this very over grown and had the stand on a chair that was outside to get to the box. Once inside an effort had been made to tidy the house and upgrade parts but it was just grubby. The bedrooms were okay and there were tvs on the wall but there was no way of being able to watch them. Nothing to be able to connect to the socket. There was heating, but both the carbon monoxide alarm and the smoke detector didn’t work. With regards to the bathroom I could tell in parts ie taps okay, that there had been some effort made and there was hot water but I couldn’t get the shower to work, there was no power button showing as on and the bottom edge of the shower green was green with mild. The blinds in the dining space were also broken. There was nothing on hand on how to turn the heating on if required. Had to make do as I was dropping my son off for Uni.

The property was poorly stocked with essentials for 4 people staying for a weekend. Towels were provided but only in bedrooms. One of us had to sacrifice one of our bathroom hand towels to triple up as: Kitchen hand towel, bathroom hand towel and oven glove. Not ideal for hygiene. The gas oven was borderline dangerous. All of the knobs had, or were, falling out and it made it very difficult to switch the hobs or oven on/off. Documents were shared ahead of our stay on how to operate many items in the property, the oven was not one of them. The Kitchen was poorly stocked with many standard utensils required for cooking with almost all of the cupboards empty. Other than cutlery and chopping knives, there wasn't anything else. A spatula or mixing spoon wouldn't go a miss. There was one wok, one saucepan, one frying pan, one baking tray - not enough to cook anything substantial for a group of four. There weren't any mixing bowls, so we have to mix pancake batter in an ice bucket. There were small glass tumblers available but only one larger glass. We did find plastic pint cups, but these are a poor substitute and would expect better from a rental property. The instant coffee that was left for guests was so old that it has become one solid puck in the jar. There was no hand soap and the washing up liquid that was left had been watered down to within an inch of its life. There was a Firestick, but no USB power adapter available so that we could use it. Blinds in the bedrooms were literal paper. Ok for privacy, but most of us were woken up at 6am when the sun came up. Whilst I appreciate there was a legitimate reason for them, we all found the cameras front and back to be a bit creepy and they did not fill us with confidence about the local area. I would be shocked if this wasn't a student house during term time. Perhaps ok for long term renters providing a lot of their own things, but more consideration required for short stay visitors.

The Location of the property was fantastic, just a short walk into the city centre. Overall cleanliness and tidiness of the property was good and the beds were comfy. Hosts were responsive and check-in/out was very easy.

It’s close to the town centre, really spacious bedrooms for getting ready in. It’s the perfect place to book if you are wanting someone to stay after a night out on the town.

We couldn’t get the bottom lock to lock in the inside, so we were worried about safety with 4 young children. Pillows were like pancakes, was almost like not having a pillow at all

rooms were lovely, all of us had a nice room each. the lounges were spacious and although only one bathroom, it came equipped with all the shampoo, conditioner and body wash we would need. the kitchen was also stocked way more than expected, with pasta, cereal, coffee, etc.
