Very central location. Great communication from the owner. Keys were easy to collect & drop off. Clear instructions given on how to enter the apartment block. Comfortable, clean & very quiet. I would recommend staying here. I will certainly stay here again if I am back in Manchester.

Very minor things the blinds in one of the rooms were broken which ment neighbour over the way could see in. And the carpets needed a clean.

Apartment clean, the owner and owners son very kind and helpful. Comfortable beds, secure parking and close to centre. I would recommend and stay here again.

Be easier to collect keys by having a safe box rather than having to walk two blocks to get them and a guide how to use the TV might be handy. Could not get UK TV channels like BBC and ITV

When we arrived, i had to call the property owner to get the code for the door. To get the key, we also had to walk to a local shop to collect the key. But once this was sorted everything was grand.

The loacation was great and the flat was extremely clean. We met one of the cleaners when we got to the flat and he was lovely. The beds were great, along with the cooking appliances and wifi.

Would have preferred to be given instructions for check in the day before not 10 mins before check in. You have to collect the keys from a shop about 5/10 min walk away which was fine but would have been nice to know this before we arrived. Main shower was broken, again not a huge issue as we only stayed one night. Would have been difficult to park if only one person as you have to enter the building to manually open the car park shutter.

Close to AO arena, plenty of room and lovely little flat. We only stayed for one night but had everything we needed for our stay. Flat was clean and balcony was a bonus. Underground secure parking was great for peace of mind to leave the car.

Location wise this apartment is perfect. The host is a true gent and prize/quality wise it is spot on. All in all a very pleasant stay. Beds are good, pillows are great, two very well maintained bathrooms and the living room is decent.

The apartment was spacious and bright. Great to have free parking on-site. There were two TVs with streaming services which was great. Great shower, lovely, warm and strong.

The host was knowledgeable and accommodating. The secure underground parking provided peace of mind for our vehicle and belongings. The hallways were clean and quiet, and the building was well-maintained. The lifts and stairs were clean and in working order. The apartment was immaculate, bright, and well-appointed. The ensuite and main bathroom ensured a stress-free stay. The beds were comfortable, with additional covers available. The kitchen was exceptionally well-equipped, featuring a toaster, air fryer, dishwasher, and washing machine. It was modern and, once again, very clean. The location was ideal for the AO, with a 10-minute walk to the venue.
