Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Staff were lovely and helpful with my poor technology. Extensive lounge spaces felt private and comfortable. 24 hour bar great.

United KingdomRooms need freshened up! Paper coming apart at seems table with big chip on it. Floor with marks over it blind damaged. The led lights and working everything from iPad is cool but not when it’s all looking worse for wear! Screen was cracked on iPad there should be protective casing on them. Poor choice of beers also and would be nice to be able to use cash.
Location it’s very modern inside staff were lovely.

My 15 year old son LOVED the iPad to control everything (lights, blinds, curtains and TV) The hotel was under a refurb, but it still looked lovely, loved the decor. Staff were very friendly. Kept it bags the following day and even took the ends doing bags while we went to the cinema before the bus home.
