The fan in the shower unit is way too noisy and needs turning down - as it’s on 24/7. Understanding they need the air circulating but it’s very aggressive and disruptive to sleep.

No real place to put your suitcase. A luggage rack would have been handy. Although this was a double, it is really too small for 2 people (I was solo). Far side of the bed only accessible by crawling over.

Great location for accessing my tours and the train station. Lots of restaurants close by. Room was very nice for one person. Comfortable and the controls on the tablet were easy to use.

One small issue, there was nowhere to put my own shampoo, its nice you have your own but I have to use my special shampoo, so I had to put it on the floor, maybe a shelf would be useful.

I really liked the setup of the room, having a gigantic bed right next to the window was really great, I am a big fan of home automation so controlling the lights, colours and blinds from the iPad and my phone was great. Checking in using the screens is brilliant, no big queues to hang around in, loved this. The community area was really well thought out, the decor was fantastic and it was open and spacious. Great touch.

Lots of things in the room were controlled via an app on your phone, or on a tablet (supplied by hotel), a bit ‘hit and miss’ whether it worked, couldn’t get the tv to come on, and the air con didn’t adjust itself, despite the control saying it had, were not bothered about tv, but it was a very hot day/night so a cooler room temp would have helped.

Very modern, interactive, fun place to stay. Room was comfortable, well designed, and functional. Bed was so so so comfortable. Staff helpful, friendly. Food in restaurant (breakfast) was just great.

Blackout blinds and lights didn't quite work right so we did get left in the dark at one point! Also disappointing not to have any tea/coffee making facility in the room for when we arrived and before breakfast.

Very comfy bed and pillows, lovely shower, funky controls of lights/blinds etc via iPad, well designed small space. Very well insulated so no noise from outside or other rooms. Excellent breakfast, self-service buffet with great choice and quality, nice to be able to have as much or as little as you want.

Loved the tech for the room, bed was very comfortable, loved being able to see the city view. Loved the convenient location and the cleanliness of the room. Especially loved the excellent breakfast and the art!!! Two thumbs up and keep up the great work!

To be honest, rooms are 'ruthlessly functional' with chairs not designed for in-room comfort. Bed occupies all of the room width towards the window, making it a bit of a 'mountaineering' expedition getting in to bed! But we are older, and I guess our climbing practice days are less frequent.

Staff courtesy and attitude was very good. Standard of attention to detail in cleanliness was high.

The TV didn't work, the electronic controls for the lights, blinds and curtains only worked intermittently. The room had a decidedly battered feel to it. We were there to sleep, so it didn't matter to us - but it might to you.

It is clean and well located.
