I like to have tea and coffee facilities in my room, there were none and could be added.

Location of the hotel in the city centre, easy to get to all the places! Very modern, cool hotel with great features with the iPad controls of the room, staff were very helpful and polite.

Chromecast is a a good feature but sadly not working. Rooms a little cold and annoying that can't turn AC off so always a slight noise. Minor complaints though, would return. Would prefer tea facilities in room and bottled water.

I didn't realise you had to request a room clean on the iPad in the room, which meant we missed out, but reception did bring anything we needed. There are no kettles or options to make a hot drink in the room or public areas which I think would have brought the rating up a little. .

Hotel was really well laid out and modern and fun. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. You felt that the staff enjoyed working there. I liked the check in process and the options of choosing rooms on certain floors/view. Bed was massive and super comfy, liked the options of blackout blinds and day blinds. There is really nice lounge and co working spaces so think this is great for business and leisure breaks.

I liked all of it.

Room was very clean. Very basic appliances included but honestly, it was everything you could need. I liked the theme of the hotel. The modernisation was very cool, too! Being able to control everything from an IPad or my own phone was very good.

No actual bathroom separated by a wall and proper door. The glass/plastic "wall" is see-through and the door is not all the way down meaning noises come through. This is fine if you are alone but if you share with someone better be very confortable with eachother.

Checking in felt a little long, whilst there was staff available to help who were lovely btw I think I would of preferred checking in with a staff member, also having a kettle and some tea/coffee would of been nice

The bed was so comfy! And the shower was great! Being able to control everything with the iPad was really nice! It's a good TV as well

The fan in the shower unit is way too noisy and needs turning down - as it’s on 24/7. Understanding they need the air circulating but it’s very aggressive and disruptive to sleep.

No real place to put your suitcase. A luggage rack would have been handy. Although this was a double, it is really too small for 2 people (I was solo). Far side of the bed only accessible by crawling over.

Great location for accessing my tours and the train station. Lots of restaurants close by. Room was very nice for one person. Comfortable and the controls on the tablet were easy to use.

One small issue, there was nowhere to put my own shampoo, its nice you have your own but I have to use my special shampoo, so I had to put it on the floor, maybe a shelf would be useful.

I really liked the setup of the room, having a gigantic bed right next to the window was really great, I am a big fan of home automation so controlling the lights, colours and blinds from the iPad and my phone was great. Checking in using the screens is brilliant, no big queues to hang around in, loved this. The community area was really well thought out, the decor was fantastic and it was open and spacious. Great touch.

Lots of things in the room were controlled via an app on your phone, or on a tablet (supplied by hotel), a bit ‘hit and miss’ whether it worked, couldn’t get the tv to come on, and the air con didn’t adjust itself, despite the control saying it had, were not bothered about tv, but it was a very hot day/night so a cooler room temp would have helped.

Very modern, interactive, fun place to stay. Room was comfortable, well designed, and functional. Bed was so so so comfortable. Staff helpful, friendly. Food in restaurant (breakfast) was just great.
