The noise from the pub below. Very loud heavy base music was playing until 1.30am. Don't know if this is normal on a Saturday night or a special occasion. Shame because it spoilt what would otherwise have been an excellent stay.

The accommodation was excellent. Everything looked brand new. The kitchen facilities looked first class, although we didn't use them, only there for one night. My only comment regarding the accommodation was the extractor fan in bathroom wasn't working, Towel hooks near too shower entrance would have been usefulOtherwise all was brilliant.

The outside of the pub is a bit rough and tumble, doesn't look great from outside.

The room was clean and modern, bathroom was spacious. Large shared kitchen. Smelt fresh and the room had plenty of space.

It’s as new the accommodation, shared kitchen but never saw anyone , friendly people in the pub downstairs , comfy bed and clean room , chippy near by with plates etc in the kitchen.

The outside stairs and the noise. There was a 21st birthday on the night of our arrival, and karaoke on the Friday, but the noise, we coped with. It was just the stairs and we expected the room to be on the ground floor.

Lovely room, furnished very tastefully, with a really comfortable bed. Nice big, modern shower room. Excellent, shared kitchen with all modcons. Lovely bar staff. Situated perfectly with the bus stop to Oldham or Ashton at the bottom of the road, a nice bakery come cafe and a good chippy just a short walk of a block. Just 2 drawbacks that would stop us from going again. Those being the flight of metal stairs that you need to get to the room, which get really slippy in the rain/sleet, and I have not long since had a hip replacement and my husband a new knee,and the noise from the pub. It's a real shame as we were so happy with the rest.

The property was clean and had great facilities, made it feel more like a shared house than a room above a pub, the easy access to the property, the self check in was simple and very easy, I had interaction with the staff via mail only, didn’t speak with anyone in person which wasn’t an issue and gives you more freedom as well as not feeling staff are on top of you, The facilities within the property were excellent everything you would need in the kitchen was provided and full access to all available, I was in a double deluxe room, which was spacious and loads of storage within the room for your things,

To get to the accommodation you have to go through pub garden which we found to have lots of cigarettes and rubbish around. This really lets the accomadation down

Communication was excellent, and any questions we had quickly responded to. We were provided with recommendations on where to eat, which were spot on, and the food was lovely. Our room was modern and clean, and it was easy to check in and out. We would recommend and stay again.
