Outside needs some attention. Don't think it's suitable for young children due to location of main road

We didn’t realise that the bedrooms were on the front of a very noisy main rd so didn’t sleep past 5:45.

Bright and modern with both bedrooms en-suite

I didn't like that on booking wasn't say that parking is public So when you buying this you need to pay extra £13 per day for car park Another thing is that flat is next to very busy road and was noisy

Very nice place to stay modern clean and comfortable flat Wash machine really helps when you going away with kids Walking distance to shops and sea side

It is an old shop, so the large windows are not at all sound proof in either bedroom. You sleep metres away from a busy roundabout, which is on an incline so vehicles accelerate to pass it. Depends why you are used to but we slept very badly. Also the street lamp lights the room at night!

Very well equipped, comfortable and great proximity to the harbour etc.

It is located near a busy roundabout, which is very noisy at night as both bedrooms are located in the front. For a light sleeper like me it was quite difficult to get a good night sleep however my wife and kids weren't disturbed by the noise they slept like logs.

Modern, clean, and comfy feel. All the amenities you require are available such as washing machine, microwave, cooker, smart Tv, Tassimo with complimentary pods provided and lovely showers with good water pressure. A beautiful garden which we didn't make most off due to the weather elements during our stay. Location is great. Walking distance to all the major tourist attractions and supermarkets like Lidl, Co-op and Morrisons.

The property is situated on a really busy road; traffic lights and junction. The bedrooms are Located at the front of the property with single glazed windows that are not sound proofed. We could not sleep due to traffic and we ended up moving to the sitting room to sleep. We vacated the property a day early as a consequence. To be fair to Tom, the owner, he called and was so apologetic and responsive. He went out of his way to explain how he was going to act on the feedback. The window will be triple glazed at a considerable cost; clearly the owner cares about the customer and has taken the feedback to heart.

Really well appointed property. Lots of care and thought put into making sure everything needed was there.

Outside noise from early in the morning may be an issue for light sleepers. Both bedrooms are situated at the front of the property which is on a busy road. Both bedroom showers are raised with a steep step down to the floor - could be a problem for someone with mobility issues No bath mat so bought my own Bedroom to left of front door on entry- one of the bedside lamp leads was too short to reach plug as previously noted on another review Items of clothing from previous occupants still in wardrobe-letting agency notified Dining room window needs a curtain or blind Back door catch kept sticking - noted on a previous review Approx 6 inch step leading down from dining room into kitchen is not immediately obvious- have suggested a safety notice.

Spacious, 2 self contained bedrooms. Kitchen contained everything we needed. Reasonably close to town, public car park a short walk away

Bit noisy with traffic in the night, but we live on a quiet country lane, and the accommodation is on the main road into town so hardly unexpected really. Bedside lamps not plugged in and leads no long enough to rectify (odd) !

Only a short walk to the town centre. Excellent communications......we left a charging lead behind that was found and posted back to us, so above and beyond expectations.

It was on a very busy roundabout that goes in and out of town, so not ideal for dropping off and picking up luggage but we managed no bother, just put our hazards on. No parking as stated but we found a space up the road less than 5 mins walk. The front of the property looks ghastly because it’s so dirty but once you open the door it’s lovely.. Yes the traffic going by is noisy as stated in previous comments but I took my ear buds and I slept soundly every night.

Great location for easy walking into town and harbour. Great bus service just across the road. Lidl 5 mins walk away. Lovely bedding and towels. All clean and tidy. Great to have your own ensuite in both bedrooms. Blackout curtains. Well equiped kitchen.

It would have been nice to have a dishwasher. The apartment is in an old shop and the bedrooms are on the roadside and there is a bit of road noise. Would have been nice if it was double glazed. On saying that the kitchen and lounge areas were spacious and very comfortable.

Walking distance to amenities and attractions. On the edge of town. Had great cooking and washing facilities. Both bedrooms were ensuited. We had an issue with the power buy the manager was prompt in dealing with the issue and made sure we were taken care of which we really appreciated. Would stay again if in North Devon.

However this is not an apartment as listed but a converted shop - both bedroom were in the windows - these had very large single pain glass windows that had been covered in a plastic film. It was extremely noisy as they were right next to the pavement on a main road with a drain outside that clanked every time a vehicle went over, you also heard all the pedestrians talking/shouting as they went past which also left us feeling very venerable. The bathroom in the main bedroom must have an ongoing leak problem, there was black mould at the bottom of the shower and every time you opened the door it smelled extremely fousty. It was a real shame as the photos made it look very nice. I have attached photos

. This is obviously a new conversion and the accommodation had been decorated nicely and well stocked with crockery, glasses and utensils. It was comfy and we had everything we needed.

Not a perfect place for family with kids. Huge road vehicles and public noise did not let us sleep properly. The large window was single glazing or not appropriate for people to stay there in a quiet environment. Back door was not easy to open. The beds were not comfortable and also the quality of the sofa was very poor. Also, there was no free parking near by - all parkings were taken by residents. So, the information on free parking was not right. I had to park 15 minutes walking away and then again in the early morning by 8am I had to go to the car to park in another free place - it was quite nightmare experiences.

There is no, or little, on street parking, although there is a pay and display car park around the corner. What on street parking there is nearby seemed to be taken by the locals, which is fair enough.

The apartment was very comfortable and all rooms well furnished. Kitchen was fully equipped and sorry we only really used it at breakfast time. Could easily have made lots of meals but going out to eat was too good to pass up, with so many lovely restaurants and walking to town was a piece of cake. Also, the buses are regular and the stop practically on doorstep.
