We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThere's not much you can do about the weather as it rained a couple of times!
Even though I was a sole traveller I was given a family room on arrival which was certainly spacious and had everything I needed with a large, very comfortable bed and ensuite bathroom. There were good choices for breakfasts on offer every morning and the hot food was cooked to order. Even though my bedroom was over the general bar area little could be heard from below. There is also an extensive patio and garden area in which to sit, admire the views and relax.

Trivia night was good as you got to meet the locals and find out more about the history of this part of Liverpool. The hotel has a lot of charm and character which is what we look for when travelling. Very quiet at night, breakfast was great.

United KingdomWindows were filthy around the wood once you opened the thin curtains not been cleaned in years. In our room cupboard door was auchward to open and no shelving to put clothes on. Carpet was terrible in room needing replaced.
Staff brilliant it's biggest asset, location and parking very good heating in February was always adequate atmosphere good prices reasonable with the food basic but tasty 😋
