Super friendly owners. Great breakfasts. Awesome views from warm, comfortable room and bed. Great power shower. Very convenient for touring Wharfedale and surrounds on our bikes. The owners allowed us to store our bikes in their lockup barn. Views are of sunset at the property, rainbow over the Wharfe valley, a short cycle ride up the hill and the view from our room.

Lovely area with country view from the window. The guest house is at the back of a hotel but very seperate so there was no noise from it or the road. The room was great, very comfortable. The breakfasts were very nice, cooked to order each morning and the staff there were lovely.

Just the bathroom fan running over a little too long after the light switch is turned off. At night

The breakfast spot on my favourite meal of the day, the views surrounding the accommodation. Great staff friendly hosts, made you feel really welcome, lovely hot shower.

The location was very picturesque and peaceful but a little isolated if you do not have transport. We expected the pub/restaurant nearby to be open, but it had unfortunately closed. That said, the local taxi company was also excellent.

Everything about the accommodation was perfect. The owner and staff were efficient and extremely friendly and helpful.

I booked for my dad and his partner for his partners 60th, they were going to the emmerdale tour. I picked this place as it looked nice, good reviews and central to both the emmerdale tour and the real emmerdale village. They really enjoyed their stay and was able to do a bit of walking as well. No complaints :)

host so very,very helpful. She tried to get a stain out of a wedding outfit. Most of all I am eternally grateful for host helping my choking mother. I will never, ever forget that.

Only one thing - would have liked a mixer tap for the bathroom washbasin.

Fabulous location - 360° views of beautiful Yorkshire countryside. The room is huge! A small hallway for muddy boots and coats, very comfortable bed, lots of pillows, a sofa, a dining table + chairs, a dressing table and a hanging wardrobe. Big bathroom too, great shower, would be 10/10 perfect if hand basin had a mixer tap. Lots of parking. Very very quiet - zero vehicle traffic noise, zero human traffic noise. I highly recommend this place. Nicky was a lovely host, warm and friendly, her reception and the look of the place gave my short break a wonderful start.

Location was perfect! So peaceful. Warm welcome from the owner and our room was lovely. Bed so comfy. The patio doors opened onto a decking area where we sat sipping wine and watching the sunset . We were visited by the lovely cows outside our room the next morning which was an added bonus. 😊Full cooked breakfast was delicious too.

Lovely location stunning scenery. Rooms round a courtyard with 2 benches to sit at. Rooms spotlessly clean comfortable bed tv hairdryer tea coffee biscuits. Bathroom is a wet shower toiletries provided. Breakfast in main house up a slight hill. Full breakfast continental or breakfast boxes can be made up to eat in room. Owners and staff very friendly. Car park on site Roughly 1 mile into Otley. Highly Recommend

Lovely guest house pictures did mot do this place justice. The rooms were spacious, clean and modern. Staff were welcoming and accommodating. We needed to be out early along with other guests for an event so the staff brought breakfast forward half an hour to ensure we ate and left on time. Great quiet and scenic location. Thanks you
