We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThere really wasn’t anything we disliked about the property or hosts. The only thing I would have liked is to have the option for food to be delivered to the room or to eat breakfast a little later in the morning. We sleep in on vacations we keep relaxed and prefer to be alone during our rare alone times. This is a personal preference and nothing that they did wrong.
The property was homey, clean, welcoming, had nice little touches, the TV had good options, the bed was comfortable, the lighting was good and the bathroom was a great size and the AC and heater worked as advertised. The breakfast was great when we woke up early enough too! The staff were kind and welcoming. They gave us good directions, let us borrow a converter, let us store our luggage, let us check in early and gave wonderful recommendations. Parking was available at the property as well, though it wasn’t needed because Bath had everything within short walking distance. The location was wonderful and quiet. We highly recommend staying here if you’re on the fence for any reason.

The attention to detail is amazing, with a plentiful supply of tea, coffee and biscuits including a quart bottle of milk in the fridge and complimentary cake on arrival. The bed linen and towels are top quality and the bed was really comfy. There is air conditioning and a ceiling fan which was great. The breakfast was fab with top quality ingredients and plenty of choice. The location is so close to Pulteney Bridge and the centre of Bath and on site parking is brilliant in the city centre, however it is not at all noisy. The hosts were so lovely! We will definitely be booking here again, if it’s not already fully booked!

What an amazing place! The room and house are beautiful and well maintained. The bed was very comfortable and the en-suite was lovely. The little touches of small cake each day plus biscuits and sweet treats were really appreciated. It helped to make the stay special. Sue who greeted us was so welcoming and Toni made us feel comfortable by asking about our day each morning. He also provided information about Bath. 10/10 for the delicious breakfasts. We are planning to return next year so would definitely recommend Chestnuts if you are looking for a fabulous place to stay.

Was able to book in at 1pm and could park the car in their car park earlier than that if we had wanted to. Ideal location for the city. Excellent breakfast with loads of choices. Fridge in the room with milk and water provided, cake and biscuits left every day. Friendly and helpful host.

This boutique B & B is by far the most comfortable we have stayed in. Positioned near Henrietta Park and only a short walk to the city of Bath. Exceptional and friendly service from staff and amazing breakfast.
