We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Beautifal village inn in a gorgeous village. Great food, obliging staff, the room had so much character and lovely touches of detail. This is not a swanky hotel. It doesnt pretend to be. It is a quintissential English village hostelry. I loved it and will go back whenever my work, I lecture on music, sends me withim reach.

Location beautiful and accommodation good.The evening meal good and breakfast was plentiful. Cereals, fruits, juices, coffee etc plus an excellent full English. Room 1 was adequate for my need. E.g kettle,tea coffee biscuits and bottled water. Comfortable single bed. Excellent valve overall.

Exceptionally nice, freindly staff. Breakfast was excellent. Sunday roast was one of the best pub roasts I've eaten. We were riding historic motorcycles, so the fact the Chequers Inn was "out of the way" with an out of public view car park was important to us.

United KingdomBecause it was a very warm night i slept on top of the bed which was very comfortable, but in the morning when I turned down the covers there was a very dark mark across the bottom sheet like a tyre mark. had I noticed it the night before I would have asked for it to be changed.
The room was good and very comfortable. It had all you need, the staff were very friendly
